Beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee Getaway in Wolfeboro

Summary:
Our getaway is nestled in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro amidst shops and restaurants! We have a spacious two-bedroom with a living area and kitchen as well as two full baths. Come here with family or friends when looking to take a vacation. Water access at the end of the street! Brewster Beach is 0.6 miles away and has public access as well as lifeguards on duty!

What we provide:
-Complimentary roll of toilet paper
-Linens and towels - if you are staying for an extended time or prefer clean linens often, you may want to bring an extra set. We only change these when our guests complete their stay.

What to bring:
-Any additional cooking/kitchen materials and paper products (paper towels, napkins and toilet paper) as needed. Dishwasher pods.
-The studio is cleaned between each stay. However, longer term guests may bring any cleaning supplies and trash bags they wish to use.
-Coffee filters for the coffeepot.

Guest Access:
The property itself hosts 3 apartments, the apartment itself is not shared with other guests at the location.

Located right in downtown Wolfeboro and a short walk to shops and restaurants!

*All requests for early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability. Any granted request has a $25 associated fee and cannot be determined more than 48hours in advance. Any unauthorized late checkout will automatically be subject to a $25 penalty.*
