Welcome to Uptown living with a view! This top floor apartment has two large bright bedrooms (one queen and one double bed), one bath, a private roof top patio, and on site parking for one car. Located in a three story midcentury walk up this apartment has charm, including original fireplace. Coin operated laundry is located onsite, and internet and cable television is included - perfect for working from home or enjoying rest and relaxation. Located within Uptown, the rental is a short walk to the City Market, restaurants, shops, arenas, theatres, or a short drive to all other areas of Saint John including parks and beaches!

The place was awesome…. The welcoming wine was a very nice touch ….. however you should be in good shape to climb to the 3rd floor with your luggage!

Location and charm

We loved the property, high ceilings and so much character. The hosts have it well stocked and a lovely surprise when we got there. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything. If in Saint John again I would definitely stay there.

Great location and space

We had a great stay. Walking distance from everything even in less than ideal weather. Having a parking spot was a plus and the living room has its own door which we took advantage of as an extra bedroom.

Great location, clean and spacious place. There is one bed with a hard mattress and another with a soft one, so that people can choose what they like. Bring earplugs though if you are a light sleeper as the seagulls in the area can be loud at night.

Awesome little spot, more than I expected!

Wonderful apartment!

We had a great stay! The apartment is so cozy and charming. Check in was seamless and communication with Matt and Catherine great. The location is perfect if you are looking for easy access to uptown restaurants and the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place but beds need an improvement

We like the fact that the owner provided some refreshments for our arrival. We love the area. Everything was great except for the beds, which all of us found uncomfortable.

Great apartment!

Catherine and her husband are wonderful hosts, 5 stars. The apartment had everything you would need for a short or long term stay and a wonderful deck area too. Great location within walking distance of uptown. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the Place

Lots of nice touches throughout and very responsive to a couple issues we had. It is a third floor walk up, so stairs could be an issue for some. Enjoyed the rooftop, too. A great place to enjoy St. John and the area.
