Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell at the front door, camera 2 is located above the garage facing the driveway, and camera 3 is on the treehouse, facing the yard and pool area. All cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

Wonderful stay

We recently stayed at this wonderful house for a weekend getaway with family and friends, including children ranging from ages 1 to 14. The experience was nothing short of fantastic! The house is very spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was a particular highlight for us – it was fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals for a large group. The pool was a great size and provided hours of fun for both the kids and adults. Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot. We had a great time and would definitely return!

Beautiful clean home

The home was well maintained along with the beautiful pool area and the patio over looking the river. Home was very welcoming for our family of girls for an extended weekend. Would highly recommend and we will book again.

Short Stay, Every Minute Fantastic!

What an amazing time we had in this well kept house. The pool was perfect, all outdoor spaces beautiful, and indoor room to stretchbout and so mich to do in the game room. Owners were super responsive and generous! Would love to come again

This place was awesome . We had a group of 5 families and our children . What a pleasure it was . The pool and hot tub are very close to the house which was great . They have a volley ball net that we couldn’t stay away from . There a small trail to the dock above the water which was amazing. There is a smaller grocery store in town about 5 minutes away and oh a liquor store as well . We had all we needed pretty close by . I would stay here a million times again the only thing I would do different is grab everything I needed before hand as the closest Walmart is 45 min away . Other than this this place was a perfect oasis . The backyard is fenced in completely which gave us a peace of mind for our safety and our children safety. The owners were incredibly responsive to any communication needed . They seem like really nice people with a beautiful home . I will rate this 5 stars.

Awesome house

We stayed here for our family reunion. 14 people from age range of 9 - 62 and everyone had fun. The house is so spacious and clean, Bill and Lauren were great hosts. Responsive and accommodating! The pool, large yard and playroom were big hits with the kids and the pool area provided many seats for the adults to relax and watch the games. We will be returning!

Excellent spot.

Loved our stay. Lauren and Bill were very responsive and accommodating. The house is spacious and the lawn is huge. House is clean and has a great kitchen. The kids loved the pool and game room. We will be back!!!

Wonderful stay- the kids and us enjoyed the nature, the outdoor pool, and the house

We were 4 families with kids at the age of few months old infants to 7YO. The house was lovely. Many rooms so each family could decide what fits their needs. The huge nature around the house with the outdoor pool was all that we need to have a relaxing and joyful weekend. Once a day we went to buy grocery and that’s it. We already think about our next visit here. The host was super responsive and helpful and flexible. A delightful experience. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic!

My family and I were 16 people and we couldn't have had a better time. First of all the owner, Bill is so fantastic. Although he doesn't live nearby when something was needed he drove over to help us out. He was always extremely responsive, available and an all around good guy. The house itself is very clean, very spacious, and had enough room for us to hang out or even have extra space away from all the kids if one wanted to just read. The kitchen i s FANTASTIC room enough for all of us to gather round and many of us to cook together. Great big fridge and individual subzero freezer again FANTASTIC. The house comes with surprise amenities like shampoo, etc as in a hotel. Nice added touch. The pool is gorgeous and warm and the new hot tub was again FANTASTIC! Beds are very comfortable . There's a great tree house the kids enjoyed playing in, a volleyball net with balls and even a hiking path near the "other" deck by the river. We needed a pack n play and Bill bought a brand new one for us and it was there when we arrived. It is close to a supermarket Tops and we were able to drive there in 5 minutes to get what we had forgotten at home. My husband, me, our children and grandchildren would rate this an A+ vacation house and would definitely come back.

Beautiful, comfortable home

A group of 14 women for my 50th birthday. It was the perfect getaway. Huge, beautiful house with an amazing pool and big kitchen. Enough room for everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep. I would definitely recommend it. The owner was so, so, so nice!

Best House Ever

First let start by saying if I could give the owner 10 stars I would. The house was spotless, very clean and the pictures were exactly like the house. The owners were very responsive and friendly. There was more than enough space for all of my guest and all of the rooms were nice and spacious. All of the bathrooms were big enough and had enough supplies for our stay. The kitchen is PHENOMENAL!! The stove, fridge and the freezer were top of the line. The check in process was very easy and access to the garage helped with all of the cars we had. I would stay at this forever if I could, but for now my family and I have found our temporary summer home.

An amazing weekend

The house is lovely to start off. Very very spacious. Lots of land and play space for children. Pool is heated so we got to enjoy it even in September. More than enough sleep options with 7 large bedrooms. My kids loved the arcade in the basement. Literally no complaints at all. Will definitely be booking this house in the future again. What a lovely weekend.
