Shared living areas invite conversation and downtime, while separate bedrooms offer space to unwind. A private elevator with ADA-compliant dimensions - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - supports easy movement between floors. Throughout the home, you’ll find air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wifi, HDTV, and a dedicated workspace for moments when you need to focus. A washer and dryer, along with bathroom essentials, add convenience to longer stays.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and flows naturally into the dining area, keeping everyone connected while cooking or gathering at the dining table. Whether you’re starting the day with breakfast before the beach or enjoying a relaxed dinner indoors, the layout makes it easy to spend time together.
Outdoor Living
Just outside, a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater - is shared with the Salt Therapy South house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). A patio or balcony offers a quiet place to sit and take in the breeze, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach simple. With beach access across A1A, spontaneous shoreline walks are always within reach. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for added ease.
Parking & Access
A private entrance and self check-in with keypad allow for smooth arrivals at any hour. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - provides room for multiple vehicles, with additional space to accommodate a boat or jet ski. A nearby launch to the Intracoastal Waterway makes days on the water easy to plan.
Neighborhood
Located in North Vilano Beach, you’re close to local dining, grocery stores, and a short drive from the historic district of St. Augustine. Spend the day exploring waterfront landmarks and attractions, then return to the quieter beach setting for a relaxed evening.
