A charming entryway landing welcomes guests into this split-level, 2-story retreat. A laundry room adds convenience.

The second floor boasts an open and airy great room, blending stunning natural light with subtle cabin charm to create a serene and comfortable space for relaxation. Sink into the plush sectional in the living area, warm up by the crackling fireplace, and enjoy a movie on the large TV with family after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances flows seamlessly into a traditional dining area that seats 6, with 3 additional stools at the breakfast bar for larger groups. Savor sunny days on the furnished balcony while using the propane grill and soaking in breathtaking mountain views. In the evenings, unwind in the primary bedroom with a plush king bed, TV, and a private balcony overlooking tranquil forest scenery.

Great place

Have stayed at many places at mammoth and this was one of the most pleasant and comfortable condos we’ve ever been to. Loved it.

Ski trip - Mammoth

Communication was great, check-in was easy, house was clean and nice. Beds need to be updated and possibly the couch. Plently of space and our kids loved the bunkbed room.

family biking trip

We love the Snow Creek neighborhood and this condo did not disappoint. So nice to have a garage for the bikes. The place was very clean. Be sure to bring your spices and plastic wrap. There are none of those things.

Relaxing

The condo was very nice! Clean , nicely decorated, kitchen was very well equipped! Only problem was the parking ? We had two trucks, and could not fit them in the garage as required for this condo, we were lucky to park on a side area with 3 spots for guests ? We think , no signage that said we could not, , probably want to stipulate this in the future!😊

A Nice Place to Visit

This is a very comfortable condo in an excellent location in Mammoth. Great layout. Quiet. Clean. Beautiful surroundings. Well stocked with dishes, glasses and cups. The kitchen has many items that allowed us to cook and not have to go out all the time. I would add caveats about a steady hum of noise in downstairs master bedroom (maybe from an electrical panel), code to hot tub that did not work, no automatic ice maker and only one teeny-tiny ice tray when we arrived, blinds that need some love, and a kitchen trash can that was impossible to open....but....we would stay at this condo again even with these inconveniences.

Condo Review

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at this property, but there were a few issues... - When we arrived, the trash can in the master bath had not been emptied - Yuck! - The online photos showed 2 chairs on the front balcony - there were none. - The Propane BBQ did not work - the sliding door in the Master BR would not lock - And the fireplace would not turn on... We did call about these issues and a maintenance man did come out while we were out for the day.. he fixed the valve on the BBQ and he indicated he fixed the latch on the sliding door in the Master BR but it still didn't lock. He lit the pilot light in the fireplace, but left it turned ON and when we came home several hours later the condo had to be 100 degrees inside! Even the granite countertops were warm to the touch...not good. All in all it was a very nice condo, but I would caution elderly people (like us) that lugging suitcases, ice chests, etc. upstairs was almost impossible. And the bed in the master bedroom, even though comfortable, was so high we could barely get in to it...
