Convenient location w ample room

Overall a good stay. Everything works, water pressure and hot water is plentiful. Plenty of cooking utensils and coffee making equipment. The unit is very clean.Bedding is the only drawback. The beds are in need of updated pillows and extra pillow cases. The bunk bed bedding is pretty uncomfortable, pretty easy fix with mattress pads.

All that we needed

This property had all we needed. The sofa bed was firm enough for my 12year old to get his own space when sleeping Kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub/pool was the perfect bonus after skiing.

This a a great location and quiet neighborhood for skiing Beaver Creek, Breakenridge, Keystone and Vail. Conveniently located near I-70, Frisco retail and the ski resorts.

Loved the location/clean /well stocked.

Great rental! Enjoyed having a garage and easy access to biking trails which is what we spend alot of time doing . Description of rental stated you can see the sunset over the Rockies which made us believe we could see it from the condo which is not the case you have to walk down the road to the field. But this is no big deal over all we were very pleased with or time there.

Perfect place for a family of 4

We loved this property. Perfect location! Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable abs the place itself was very cozy. Would definitely recommend this place. Just to note the stairs entering the condo are pretty steep. No problem for us but might be for others.

Great condo with easy access

We had a wonderful stay at the Lagoon Condo. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and was exactly what our family needed. We had easy access to Breck and all the surrounding towns. 2 things I would like to have seen updated are the coffee pot and the shower in the master bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

Owner Perfection!

Our experience was absolutely outstanding, thanks to a very attentive and caring property owner. The condo was available for booking; however VRBO’s website removed the ability to book it the evening before our arrival date. I messaged the owner, Linda, on how to book on short notice, and she made it happen! From messaging me back promptly to calling me directly to ensure we received the access codes, her desire to make our stay wonderful was truly appreciated! The condo has a large open living area that’s great for congregating and plenty of island space to cook and entertain. The location is very accessible to stores and restaurants nearby, and is a quick stroll to the reservoir. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Relaxing, comfortable condo

Our family of four really enjoyed our recent visit. This condo was conveniently located to our planned activities and well-appointed. We enjoyed taking walks around Lake Dillon, with the trailheads just a short walk away on quiet streets. As adults we could have easily walked downtown too, but we opted to drive because of the kids. Kitchen was stocked with essential utensils and cookware for all meals (only pantry items were S&P, but that is likely due to current conditions). Plenty of pots and pans for the meals we made, most breakfasts and lunches and some dinners. Boys really enjoyed the community pool/hot tub and we all appreciated the indulgence of the massage chair. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone to chill. (And my partner to get some work done while we were in the condo; there was even a small desk and office chair available in the closet.) The washer/dryer in the unit worked great and made it easy to come home with very little laundry as we get back to the real world. This was our 2nd trip to Frisco as a family and we'd definitely consider returning to this condo.

Clean condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and as described. It was nice having the garage to pull into and leave all the gear in. Great location close to town and an easy drive to ski Copper and others. We will definitely look to stay again for any trip to the area.
