It has a large resort-style pool & attached spa/hot tub. The third floor has a kitchenette, arcade, and screened-in porch! This property is just minutes to the beach! A free 6 Passenger Golf Cart(LSV) is also included.

The Neighborhood:
This brand new construction home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. The Funky Flamingo is just about two blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Villas of Frangista also offers its own Private Deeded Beach Access.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access at the end of Hollywood St.

Other Things to Note:
Private beach access only provides access to the beach. There is no: parking, restrooms, showers, easy access ramps, restaurants, or playgrounds at the private beach access.
There are two large public beach access points with all the amenities you'll need for a day at the beach within one mile of the home, located at Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tale.
