The Space:

Sunlit mornings begin with salty air drifting in from the Gulf, and evenings wind down with the soft glow of the pool lights after a full day at the beach. Just steps from the sugar-white sand in Crystal Beach, this three-story Destin home puts you close to the shoreline while giving you plenty of room to spread out, reconnect, and relax at your own pace.



Location & setting

Set in the sought-after Crystal Beach neighborhood, the home is a short walk to public beach access along the Emerald Coast. A street-legal 6-seat golf cart is included, making it easy to get around Crystal Beach, cruise Scenic Gulf Drive, or head to Destin Commons for shopping, dining, and entertainment without moving your car. You are close to Destin’s beaches, water activities, and the Harbor Boardwalk, with everyday conveniences nearby.



Living spaces

Nearly 5,000 square feet are thoughtfully arranged across three levels, offering a balance of shared spaces and quieter corners. Two living rooms provide room to gather or unwind, complemented by a dedicated movie room with a reclining sofa and a separate game room featuring an arcade and a 75-inch Smart TV. WiFi and multiple TVs support relaxed evenings and easy downtime between outings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for group stays, with generous prep space and everything needed for shared meals at home. An adjacent dining area brings everyone together, whether you are starting the day with coffee or lingering over dinner after sunset.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 23 guests across 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Six king bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for couples or adults traveling together. On the third floor, two additional king bedrooms share a full bathroom. A bunk room adds flexible sleeping space with one queen over queen bunk and one twin over queen bunk, making it especially popular with kids and teens.



Outdoor living

Out back, a fenced yard centers around a private heated saltwater pool with a cascading waterfall hot tub. The pool can be heated by request, with a fee, and heating is seasonal from October through May. Lounge seating, outdoor dining, and a gas grill create an easy flow between beach days and relaxed evenings at home. Covered balconies on the upper floors offer additional spots to step outside and enjoy the coastal air.



Comfort & convenience

The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and self check-in with a smart lock. Beach access is close, and beach essentials are provided to simplify your days by the water. Free parking is available on the property, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, with snowbird rates available in winter by request.

You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
