You’ll enjoy third-floor views from the elegant great room with its hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, inset lighting, gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV; Not to mention the plush sectional for lounging with friends. A formal dining area and fully equipped kitchen with gleaming countertops, stainless appliances and a bay window for plenty of light give you beautiful options for eating in. The second floor has a spacious queen bedroom and full bath, a bedroom with two beds, and a foosball table in the bonus room. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property.
