Enjoy the ocean front views with floor to ceiling windows of this recently remodeled single level condo. Easy and Private beach access! 2 Private decks where you will be secluded from other units to enjoy the beautiful beach sunsets.

Spacious condo offers a prime ocean front location with easy access to a quiet beach. This location is ideal for couples, families, and friends. But the real treasure is that this amazing view is just as accessible inside - from the couch to the kitchen sink, this condo delivers the waves of the Pacific from every angle.

Our condo offers a quiet space due to thick concrete walls and private balconies that can't be seen from other units.

Master bedroom houses a queen sized bed with a private bathroom. You will find a walk-in shower and a large soaking tube. In the second bedroom you will find two double-sized beds with direct access to the hallway bathroom. Both showers are equipped with a detachable handheld shower-head. You also will find plenty of extra blankets, sheets, pillows, and comforters.

We have new washer and dryer in the unit, so it makes it easy to toss in a load of laundry, if needed.

A well stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, baking sheets, pots, pans, peeler, blender, crock pot, Keurig, and much more. We also have children's silverware, cups, plates, and bowls.

We provide an assortment of board games, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, kites, beach towels, boogie board, and puzzles.

Taking a break from the office? Join us at the beach! For remote work, we provide fast internet speeds of 300 mbps, usually sufficient to stream Netflix, YouTube videos, Zoom, and other platforms without issues.

We are thrilled to welcome you to our beach condo. We have created this special place for our family of four and we hope you make wonderful memories while visiting Nedonna views at Rockaway Beach!

Great central location

This condo was fabulous! It was so clean and welcoming and so close to the beach! It was theperfect location to head north to hike and visit Cannon beach then go south to Pacific Beach to do the same. Will definitely stay here again when back in the coastal northwest!

Last year we had stayed at one of the other units of the condo and decided we needed a bit of an upgrade. This condo delivered!!! It was clean, well furnished and had such thoughtful touches. We needed to talk to the management and got right through- they answered our questions and were friendly and knowledgeable. The view was jaw dropping! We love Rockaway Beach.

The location of this property was just ideal! Easy to get to, great parking, gorgeous views of the Ocean and a very clean and charming place. The communication with the property owner was fantastic! James offered many great suggestions on places to eat and visit. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you could need. Sitting at the dining table and being able to look out and see the Ocean waves rolling in while playing games or eating meals was so awesome. It is just a few short steps and you are right out on the beach. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Great view! I have stayed here before and this unit had the best ocean view.The big problem was the noise from the road in the bedrooms. There is no sleeping in if you’re a light sleeper.Couches were uncomfortable and the recliners were hard to get out of.

Perfect, private beach condo!

We are on a Pacific Northwest family trip and this was the perfect spot to experience the Oregon coast! The location is perfect with easy beach access! Cozy November Beach Trip

Our family had a relaxing and wonderful stay at Playa de Emilu this fall! The house was just as listed with comfortable beds, a lovely soaking tub, and everything we needed to cook for our stay. The covered parking spot was convenient and it was literal steps from the beach!! What a perfect spot to explore from and then watch the stormy pacific from after a fun filled day!!

Great Stay

My family only stayed one night, but we didn't want to leave! This condo is so cozy, clean and has the best view ever. We loved the soft blankets, the open floor plan and space to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The owners have clearly thought about what details would make a guest experience better and it shows.

Spent a nice weekend here. Clean, upscale, right on the ocean. Easy parking. Great getaway to recharge, and wave watch. Does have stairs, but short flight.

The pictures do not do justice. This rental was more than just delightful and accommodating. 10/10 for cleanliness, everything was immaculate and fresh! Extremely well stocked, with more than you would expect, plus items you may have overlooked when packing for your trip. Excellent and prompt communication with James. We absolutely recommend staying here to all our friends and family! Lastly, this was the perfect location for taking our two kids (5 and 7 years old) for EASY beach access, safe and fun! The VIEWS, wow!

Lovely Vacation Rental in Rockaway with a killer view of the beach

Wonderful time, great condo with all the amenities needed for an “at home feeling” (kitchen, nice showers, super cozy beds, etc.). Very clean and well maintained. The owner was quick to send out a plumber right away when we discovered one of the toilets was malfunctioning). Super quiet stay with heavy doors, thick concrete construction. Virtually no noise coming from any neighbors. Clean, lightly populated beach half a minute away. We like the fact that we were close to all the other beautiful areas of the Oregon coast. One of our favorites now! Hope to return soon.

Cleanest property we’ve stayed at!

This beach front property was the cleanest property we have stayed at. Love the rule of no shoes in the house. We appreciated every little detail of the place. From the mini toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, throw blankets, and boards games for the kids, I wish we had stayed here longer than a night. The view was spectacular and so peaceful. Parking was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Condo

This property was exactly what I was looking for - clean, on the beach and view. I tend to walk into a rental and clean immediately. I walked into this condo and felt comfortable immediately. It was SO clean!! In addition, the view was fantastic. The owners truly provide everything you could ever need. We will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful View

The condo is beautiful - clean and spacious with very nice finishes. The view is the real star though - it is like looking at a postcard right from your own balcony. The location is so unique - right on the north end of Rockaway Beach, so you feel like you have your own private beach. This was the perfect spot also with Rockaway Beach being centrally located in the span of the coast we wanted to visit. We found it very convenient to go as far south as Depoe Bay and Newton, all the way up to Cannon Beach and Astoria. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

We love the private aspects of the northern Rockaway Beach, OR area. You get access to all the small town shops, bakeries etc, but the beach is very private. With just a short 2min drive into town it's an ideal spot to get away without being too far away.

Perfectly located in as close of proximity to the beach as you can get. Plus, this section of the beach is super private and very clean. No large rocks etc. A small, shallow river trickles in nearby as well where the water is warmer and great for kids.
