Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles. STR license # 009476.

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The patio was comfortable to relax on. The location was perfect for walking to trails and restaurants. The owner was very quick to reply. I would highly recommend this unit.

We loved our stay at the Trailhead Lodge! The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable for a weekend with our 4 teenage kids and dog. The kids loved the outdoor heated pool!

Great location for family

This condo met expectation and checked all the boxes for a family of five with you kiddos. Bonuses: Outdoor pool, close proximity to park and complex is adjacent to open space.

A nice place for a mountain getaway

Great condo with nice amenities. The unit had almost everything we needed - there was almost no shampoo and conditioner in one of the bathrooms upon arrival. The only issue was the pool card reader gave us a little trouble. The activities credit were a huge plus although they were not the easiest to arrange.

Well-equipped, clean condo with a great coffee maker! Good location - the kids enjoyed the games and sledding hill at the park across the street. Comfortable beds with lots of extra bedding available. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spices, etc. Would stay again!

Great vacation rental with perfect location

This rental unit was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of common space in the kitchen/dining area that opened up to the living room area. We didn't try out the pool or hot tub but those looked nice as well. The location could not be better, it's right by Hideaway Park and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Parking was easy as well. We'll definitely be back.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were able to see snow fall 2 of our 4 night stay. The place was clean, well stocked with essentials & warm and cozy. All the hooks for jackets & the bench by the door come in handy when getting ready to go out in snowy conditions. We didnt use the outside porch. Having a washer/ dryer is always helpful to a family. The small park (Hideaway) at the corner of Main/ Rendezvous is walkable & has sled & tubes to use there. Great for small & big kids alike! Area restaurants we enjoyed: Smokehouse BBQ, Wake n Bacon, Pepe Osaka's Fishtaco Tequila Bar & Grill , & James Peak Pizza Joint.

All the amenities and comforts in a quiet setting and great location.

This was our 2nd time here and again, it was great. Everything is clean, works, and any needed communication with the management is always courteous, quick, and efficient. There are 2 things that we would recommend to male our stay better. One is to have more comfortable seating on the patio. The plastic chairs were too uncomfortable for my pregnant daughter, and I dont find them comfortable either. And I also feel that to make the patio truly comfortable for relaxing and hanging out it needs adriondack chairs. And a couple of citronella type candles available for use would be good. The other thing is that there needs to be baggies and alumiinum foil available for use. I looked everywhere but didnt see any. Thanks again for your hard work helping us have a lovely stay.

Winter Park Trailhead Lodges

We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking near by. Really enjoyed the warm swim pool with the kids as well. Location was really great. We could walk to shops, breweries and food. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Enjoyed the property

Great location. Nicely appointed. Would love to come back. The only challenge was working with the property management. Had issues with grill and thermostats and they never responded. Not the owners fault. Again property was great and perfect location.

great spot, great amenities, great perks

I stayed here for 3 nights for my first ski trip ever and it was perfect. There are many things I'd do differently next time, but I'd still stay at this condo or one with winter park escapes. I was trying to go really bare bones since I wanted to focus on skiing, and this place was slightly higher than the cheapest AirBNB I could find, but when I found out about the savings through xplorie, it made it totally worth it. They paid for a bus ticket in and out, and all my gear for the whole trip, easily worth it. The place was spotless, and while I couldn't check in early (on a Saturday?) everything else made up for it. Heated floors in the bathroom, great kitchen, super comfortable beds, good access to bus stops, right next to all the best restaurants in town. Overall, near perfect experience. 10/10

Great location

We stayed for 5 days during the week for skiing Winter Park. The location was excellent, easy walking to all the restaurants and bars. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the 3 of us that stayed there. All the amenities were in good working condition so no issue's there. We also enjoyed it being on the bottom floor and not having to climb any stairs. We would certainly stay there again and highly recommend.

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In terms of its location, I can't tell you how nice and convenient it was to load and unload from our car. Furthermore, we ate dinner out at four different restaurants and were able to easily walk to them all. It is also conveniently located next to the park as well as beautiful walking trails along the creek. And getting to both Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane is an easy drive our shuttle bus trip. Condo itself is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. Great place indeed.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was laid out very well with the open living space and bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. The three of us had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Great location: close to the park and town. We were there for thanksgiving and there were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans and plates/bowls.

Beautiful property! Great location!

We had a quick weekend getaway in this beautiful property and couldn’t be more happy. Condo had everything we could need. It was extremely clean and comfortable and within waking distance to many shops and restaurants. Perfect location to relax and feel secluded but yet close to amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent stay

Loved the condo and location. Perfect distance to so much tasty food and fun. Condo design is wonderful with a private feel in the middle of populated area. The management was wonderful. The few issues we had were all attended to within 20 minutes. Pool water temp was perfect. It was a little small though. Overall it was great and we'd love to go back.

Great Stay!

Our condo in Winter Park was great! We had a great time and everything was in order when we arrived. The condo was clean and fresh with lots of items already stocked (cleaning supplies, towels, laundry soap, etc.). It really was a great trip! Lots available in walking distance!
