Had a great holiday stay in Winter Park at this comfortable home! Great location, walking distance from shops and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the kids sledding in the park also. We’ll definitely be back!

The location of this condo is perfect. Right next to the main road, restaurants, trail and the park.

We had a wonderful time on this trip! The property was amazing; the beds were super comfortable and the condo had all the amenities we could want. The pool and hot tub were also so fun. The location was perfect!

Large condo, great location

My family and I loved staying at this condo. It was a great location with lots of space. We had some trouble getting in, but the owners were very responsive and were able to help us immediately. The condo had a lot of space to spread out. I would stay here again.

Great condo in downtown Winter Park

This was our third time staying at this property, which says a lot. We love the condo location and amenities, and have built many family memories there. I would recommend this property for your next ski trip!

Sun filled location with elevator

This condo was great for our 3 generation family visit. Overlooks hideaway park with the sledding hill and trail along the creek. Quick walk to resort shuttle and stores. Plus- an elevator!

Weekend Stay

We took our granddaughter and her friend for a weekend getaway. The condo was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. The Winter Park Brewfest was in the park while we were there, so being music lovers, we were excited to be able to enjoy the live music from the comfort of the balcony. Just a couple of things to note. I was looking forward to using the fire pit to make smores. However it was shut down. Not sure if it wasn't functional or if the complex had disabled it due to fire danger. The pool was smaller that I was expecting. If you have kids, you might want to bring some small pool toys to entertain them. Also perhaps I just didn't find them but we had to make a grocery store run for bath/shower soap. We would love to stay here again. Centrally located and easy in and out.

Great condo - 'on the park'

The park just below the 3rd floor unit hosted a music festival that gave us front row seats - it was fantastic - location was also walkable to much of what we wanted out of Winter Part - would do this again next time

Great spot!

Great condo, great location, great layout for our needs, warm and cozy, stocked so well! Enjoyed the amenities and proximity to ski resort. Only thing that was slightly lacking was the queen bed felt somewhat worn and too soft for us to sleep comfortably on. Would love to return!
