Nicely decorated 2 bedroom basement suite in highbrow Evergreen area.

The suite is loaded with stylish finishing that includes contemporary style cabinetry. The space can sleep up to 5 persons. It has two very comfy Queen beds, and a comfy red leather Sofa that can sleep one.

For entertainment, we have a large 65" Samsung TV with Netflix, Amazon, and Cable TV and free high speed WIFI.

The kitchen is equipped with a double door Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Keurig Pod Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle Jug and the all the standard kitchen utensils you possibly need.

The bathroom is spacious with a modern Shower enclosure and multiple spray shower head.

It's an excellent value for your money!!!

Spacious suite for 4 adults. Comfortable beds and fans in the rooms, which was appreciated. Nice location. Kitchen could use a better frying pan as they are quite worn, and oven and cupboard doors need a cleaning. Overall happy with our stay.

Comfortable night in a nice area

We only spent one night, but it was comfortable and the area was very nice and relatively close to many amenities. Though we didn’t use it, the kitchen was very nicely kitted out. We would stay there again if we were in the Saskatoon area.

Suite nicely set up. A few basic items in the kitchen would have scored a 5 - missing no coffee pods, no dish rag, no cutting board, no cooking oil. Location worked very well ie. close to family and grocery shops. Host communication was excellent, prompt and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

we stayed here over night to go to shopping the next day, and it worked perfect for what we needed. the place was very nice and in a very good location just a little ways away from stores though but not a big deal.

Great Little Property

Worked perfectly for what we needed. In and out with no issues, property was clean, a few little maintenance items still to be done, but all in all it fit what we needed.

This property is located in the peaceful, quiet, highbrow Evergreen neighbourhood of the city of Saskatoon. It enjoys wide open spaces with multiple opportunities for health and giving and fun physical activities for the entire family.

It just 5mins from the next business district at University Heights with lots of grocery shops, big box stores like Coop and Safeway, restaurants, gyms, clinics, banks, gas stations, the Saskatoon Zoo, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Bestbuy, Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Marks, Sketchers, Bed Bath and Beyond etc.

The University of Saskatchewan campus on College drive is just 10mins away, and we are just 17mins from Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport.
