Property exactly as pictured. Very clean, quite and in a great part of Phoenix. Easy access to restaurants and highways for communte. Highly recommended.

Nice rental property in a good location

We have stayed in this area many times and have always loved the location. This unit was very nice, with modern updates, comfortable furnishings, and great communication with the owner and manager. It could use a few more things in the kitchen, but it has what is bare minimum to be functional. Would definitely return.

The Cloisters is the best!

I live here full-time, but had to vacate to have my floors redone. My only issue with the unit, which didn't apply personally, is that it is advertised to sleep 4 but the kitchen was too sparsely furnished to accommodate that many.

The property was very nice. The guards were understanding -- I was a bit quirky, having Uber drivers dropping me off at the gate or, bringing me in, having a friend come and pick me up, and dropping me off, at the unit. I was very pleased, particularly because it was my first vrbo stay and, it was less expensive than a hotel room in that city.

Lovely condo, Great location

This first floor condo unit is like new, very clean and comfortable for 2 people. It is within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. It is quiet & relaxing yet lots to do in the area. The managing group, Evolve, was very professional, easy to work with and answered all of our questions prior to check in. I would stay again & highly recommend it to others.

Fun Area

Condo met my expectations. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable. Used the tennis/pickleball courts, hot tub, etc. Walkable to Biltmore Fashion mall that has various restaurants and up to Biltmore Hotel. If you rent a bike it’s quite close to the canal bike path that goes to Scottsdale and Tempe.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment was very comfortable. Though the parking was not right outside the front door, it was not a far or difficult walk. The only real downside to this property was that all windows opened to public areas/parking lot so there was no privacy unless shades were closed. The neighbors were quiet inside and friendly outside. Luckily we did not need anything urgently from the property manager (Evolve). It was not possible to contact anyone immediately and it took days before I received a response to any of my inquiries before, during, and after our stay.

Perfect Location

My husband and I were in town to visit our adult son. Our location was within 5 minutes of his home. We had plenty of room to visit with everyone. We would definitely choose this place again.

11 day golf trip

This property is amazing! The unit is absolutely adorable! It is well appointed with everything necessary, tastefully decorated, easy access to pool and restaurants. The bed, pillows and linens were the most comfortable and dreamy!!! Darrin and Pam, the guards at the gate, were friendly and welcoming. Most times we drove in, we would stop and chat with them. I would stay here; I would even live here! One small tolerable mention is the young man upstairs walks quickly with heavy feet. The pool was our hang out after each round (7) of golf, and it is sparkling clean!!!! I highly recommend The Cloisters!!!!

Nice Condo and grounds. Nice area. Poor management.

The condo was very nice and sufficiently equiped. The management of the property left a lot to be desired. Door code didn't work and had to revert to previous tenors code. No facility left in condo and replacement didn't open most pool gates. Floor was dirty and left our feet and socks black - they re-mopped but must have just moved the dirt around because we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The power to the garbage disposal and microwave stopped and had to be reset the next day but it occurred again several days before we left and they didn't show up to fix for the next 2 and a half days. We left 2 days early in disgust and believe VRBO/EVOLVE owe us 3 days rebate. Again the condo was nice, but the view from it was a busy parking lot which should have shown or described in the listing.
