Resort Amenities without the Price

This particular unit and the development its situated in smacks it out of the park. Multiple pools/hot tubs, tennis, workout room, dedicated patio, across the street proximity to high end retail and restaurants, movies 1.5 blocks away, golf at the neighboring resort and a responsive hostunparalleled experience for the price.

Great condo in Biltmore area

This was a great place to stay at an affordable cost. It was cheaper than the hotels. There's a swimming pool, small gym, and tennis court on the property so there is plenty to do. The condo was clean and served the purpose of having a calm place to stay after hiking or exploring during the day. There are also many shops and restaurants in close proximity to the complex. It's a little dated and only has one full size bed but there's nothing wrong with it. Great place to stay for solo traveler or a couple.

Lovely condo

This was the second time I stayed at this one bedroom condo. It is fully equipped and located in one of the best areas of Phoenix. Spotless. I hope to stay there again soon.

Great complex in great location!

Very well appointed condo within steps of the Cloisters complex pool, the Biltmore Fashion Mall with wonderful restaurants, and located close to grocery stores and Piestewa Peak Park for those hiking enthusiasts. The kitchen has lots of glasses, cutlery, and dishes. And there are even some spices available. The bed and pillows could use an update and the thermostat has a note to set no lower than 77F. Two floor fans are available to cool things down. The complex is gated with a daytime security guard and was quite quiet. Most afternoons we had the pool to ourselves.

Great Place To Stay

Condo is in a great location to many things and is comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen is very well stocked. Owner responded quickly when we had an issue with the gate code. I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to Phoenix and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Unit is good size with 1 full and 1 half bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed being close to a Lifetime Fitness. We were there for relaxation in the sun. The rooftop pool at LifeTime was great and we spent a lot of time there. Within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants. Hope to come back again!

Great location great place

We visit our son and his family several times a year. Having our own place to come back to after a full day of visiting is essential for peace of mind, both ours and theirs. The unit is lovely, clean and well stocked, the patio view is a nicely landscaped area and relatively private. Alan is a pleasure to deal with as an owner. A wonderful time and a wonderful place!

Lovely 1BR apartment at the Cloisters

Rental was easy and apartment was as described. We stayed 11 days and it was very comfortable. The grounds and facilities at the Cloisters are also quite nice.

Cloisters in Biltmore

My wife and I stayed at the property for a week in April 2022. The property is well maintained and clean, and the Cloisters is in a great location with easy walking distance to a mall, bars and restaurants, and many other services.

Well equipped - convenient location

We enjoyed the privacy the Cloisters unit offered us. It was also very convenient - we described the location as being "30 minutes from anywhere". The unit is nicely decorated (lots of golfing stuff), clean, and contained all the cooking/cleaning equipment we needed. There is a small, private, protected, outdoor area which we enjoyed. There are also BBQ grills and outdoor eating areas on the grounds. We will likely return.

Clean, Comfortable, and Private

We stayed in the Cloisters condo for ten days and found the unit to be very nice. We enjoyed the back patio area, and appreciated having barbeques and eating areas available. The unit is well appointed and if you are a golf fan you will appreciate the décor! The security guard was extremely helpful, and we liked having the Cheesecake Factory only a block away - it made it really easy to meet up with friends and family.

Felt @ home in quiet & safe respite

Amazingly overstocked kitchen, almost wanting for pantry space, a trade-off of having laundry in unit. Loved being located by Tea House's pond which brought sunny reflective sparkles into living room in the morning, and with fountain near entry, provided water feature 'white noise' throughout. Also able to capture an hour of morning sun with my coffee on patio. Great pre check-in & out communication. Nice location for access to hiking, biking canal trails, shopping and commerce.

Great weather. Great apartment.

We had a very enjoyable time for our week in this unit. My wife has never seen a VRBO kitchen so well equipped. And, if you don’t want to cook, the 9 restaurants in the Biltmore Fashion Park or the Biltmore Resort dining rooms (plans to open again in March 2021 after COVID and some renovations) or the Adobe restaurant at the 19th hole of the Biltmore golf course are easily accessible, by foot or car. Not to mention Fry’s, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Safeway a short car trip away. The bed and furniture are comfortable and well-stuffed. The extra ½ bathroom is a real bonus. There is a beautiful view of the pond and the tea house from several windows. The security and service staff are top-notch. Parking is convenient and reserved. All in all, a memorable vacation locale. Easy to recommend whole-heartedly.

Great Location and Wonderful Condo

This is our third time staying in this condo and each time the stay has been wonderful. The pictures accurately represent the condo. The quality of the amenities within the condo are great including all the utensils in the kitchen. The tennis courts and the pool are well maintained. The only thing that could use some updating is the workout room. Regardless, we will rent this unit again.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. Location was perfect. We had reason to contact Alan and he was very courteous and prompt in taking care of our questions and needs. Our only suggestion for improvement would be that it is time to clean the carpets. We would certainly return for another stay.

Very comfortable and clean condo for 2 people. The Biltmore shopping area, with several medium priced restaurants and good shopping, is within walking distance. Good choice of restaurants within the area as well. Entrance gate security seemed very thorough.

Just as great the 2nd time around!

We wrote a review last year for this property, and everything we said last year still holds. The condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay in Phoenix. We cooked dinner half the time, and every kitchen tool was present that I needed. Alan is thought of all the extras, like pool towels, extra blankets, plenty of bathroom towels, etc. You just need to bring the bathroom toiletries. The convenience of having a great group of restaurants over at the Biltmore Fashion Mall is also a plus. And lastly, for the tennis and pickle ball players, the two courts were just resurfaced. I was able to play every morning and burn off all that Spring Training ballpark food.
