High On Jeffery in the Heart of Agnes Water

Set high up on Jeffery Court catching the breeze, our Queenslander holiday home is ideal for people who want to be able to walk everywhere. 100 meters from the patrolled surf beach and a walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.
Recently renovated with some original charm, we have an easy to live in home.

The Space:
Our three bedroom house also includes a separate massage, therapy and meditation space. The Body Temple, situated behind the house can be used to “order in” one of many therapists available in town or use as your own yoga or meditation area
With two queen size bedrooms, the third bedroom has two singles and all have quality bedding and linen. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and built in robes.
Indoor or outdoor dining options and a 4 burner BBQ on the cool deck with bar top.
Air-conditioning in the lounge and dining area, fly screens all round and a fully equipped functional older style kitchen with all cooking utensils.
The Body Temple is a beautifully hand carved solid teak enclosed area that is exclusively yours to use. Arrange a treatment after a trip to the reef or book out therapists back to back for you and your family/friends.
High speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix and Stan and new furnishings all round.
The downstairs lockable laundry and storage area has a family sized washing machine and is large enough to stash your fishing rods in the racks and all of your gear after a day out on the reef.
You can wash your boat down on site, fillet your fish on the cleaning table and feel at home listening to the surf and enjoying everything Agnes Water has to offer.
Please note there is a large set of stairs up to the house.

We are not fully fenced but we have a gate at the top of the balcony and are pet friendly on request. Please clean up after you pet and please no pets on furniture or bedding; extra charges will occur.

The Neighborhood:
As you are in a residential area, loud noises should be at a minimum.
Rubbish Collection day is Monday evening for a Tuesday morning pick up. Please leave seafood scraps in Freezer until bin night. Do not place them in the residential bin prior. There are purpose bins at the 1770 Mariner carpark to dispose of your seafood also.

Getting Around:
Its an easy stroll to the beach, tavern or shops. Or a short drive to visit Seventeen Seventy.

Other Things to Note:
Vodaphone does not work in this Town, sometimes you can get reception at the 1770 Headland.
We do not supply hotel shampoo, conditioner, bath gels or soap they are environmentally unfriendly, please bring your own personal items. Each arrival has toilet paper and washing up detergent dishwasher tablets dishcloth and scourer pad for arrival. We do not have an endless supply of these products please buy/bring your own for your stay.
