The Space:
Open plan living dining and fully equipped kitchen with a superb stone island bench top, great for the whole family to prepare the meals. With fully screened stack sliding glass doors that lead out onto the spacious verandah overlooking the Lily Pad Pond choose your favourite outdoor area, relax in the hammock, or enjoy your morning beverage on the outdoor lounge.
Double Lock up garage to securely store your surfboards, SUP or Kayaks, it also has the extra fridge. Gas Cooking stove stop, electric Oven and Hot water.
Airconditioned in all bedrooms. All linen is supplied, just bring your beach towels.
Short drive to the Mariner to launch the boat or take in a sunset. The estate has a private beach access to the Main beach.

The Neighborhood:
You are in a gated community, please restrict noise levels to a minimum to allow everyone to enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely area. Speed limit of 10km

Other Things to Note:
The office King Single and Trundle can be turned into a queen Bed, please inform at time of booking if you would like this to be made this way.
