Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, SEA OATS, is convenient to all local attractions, dining and entertainment. With two wonderfully decorated bedrooms (including a master suite), WIFI and oceanside community pool you better reserve this one early! Unit 2C- Top Level!

Nice location with great beachfront views

We enjoyed our stay. Great veiw off the ocean from the balcony. Location was close to most of the activities we wanted to do on our trip. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

I had visited outer banks previously and was excited to share the are with my family. The location was great. The house had a great view. The pool was a huge benefit and the easy access to the beach made it easy for my family.

The shoreline was not as crowded as others, and the pool was not overflowing with people. This Villa is very well kept, beds are comfortable, water pressure - superb, and the home decor was light and user friendly. Very pleased with all of it and would go again!
