WE FOUND TWO HIDDEN CAMERAS!!!! We found two hidden cameras underneath a nightstand pointing into the bathroom. Cops were called and brought a K9 to search the place for other electronic surveillance devices. The police did verify that what we found were indeed recording devices. We are about a week out from this horrible event so the investigation is still on going. We stayed one night of our seven day reservation. The fridge smelled like fish and the light did not work. The cleaning in between stays is minimal.As for security, your front door is a wooden slat door that opens to the patio. You are not able to lock the sliding glass door for extra security when you leave. There are also no curtains on the sliding door. This patio is on the side of the building so it’s ocean facing, not ocean front.

We take any allegation involving guest safety and privacy extremely seriously. However, this review leaves out a very important fact that we believe future guests deserve to know. The surveillance devices referenced in this review were not placed by us, and we had absolutely no knowledge that they were in the property. The police investigation identified the source of the devices as being connected to the guest’s own party. We fully cooperated with law enforcement and provided whatever information was requested. We are deeply troubled that this situation occurred and, most importantly, that anyone was subjected to inappropriate surveillance. We would never install or authorize recording devices in a private area of our property, and we have no reason to do so. We also want to clarify that several of the other statements in this review do not accurately reflect the property. We regret that the guest was unhappy with certain aspects of their stay, but we believe it is important that the circumstances surrounding the surveillance issue are presented accurately and in their proper context. Our priority has always been providing guests with a clean, safe, and enjoyable place to stay, and we will continue to take every reasonable step to protect our guests' privacy and safety.

I didn’t realize during booking that this was a condo unit with partial ocean view on the 2nd level. This made things a bit complicated with kids and beach things. The unit was well kept and clean upon arrival, we enjoyed our stay and wished the pool had been open. Everyone had a great time!

Great value for the money, located around the corner from the Wright Brother memorial. This is oceanfront but its an angled unit so the view is a little limited.We cooked in the kitchen a lot. The only thing that could be improved would be to update/replace the non-stick pans. Aside from that the unit itself was very nice.

It was a nice condo very clean just a few things to add. Is that the doors from the rooms and bathrooms need to be fixed, because you couldn't close it all the way because doors got stuck. And kitchen really nice, Only need seasoning to make it better.And maybe repaint the whole condo and wifi to be honest I wasn't sure if it was not available or I missed to ask for it. Location it was very nice few steps to the beach.

Great location- Great place

Overall this was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. I was thrilled with the location and access to beach. Location was phenomenal. All food we ate was fantastic. I was very pleased with everything. I would stay here again off season.

Can't get better beach access. Pool was also great. Unit very clean, good ocean view.

We would definitely recommend and would also stay there again. Owner was very responsive!

The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of four. They had board games available and we loved our view from the deck. The owner and property management staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed this location. Corner patio with a great cross breeze when you open the main door. Kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. The condo is clean, comfy and feels like home away from home.

Beach-tastic 😍

The property was as described. We lived the location to beach, Wright Brothers museum, shops and food.we loved waking up to see the ocean. Owners are amazing. Hope to stay again.

The condo is ocean view not oceanfront. The condo was okay but many things needed updating or replacing due to damage. Not sure if the condo had been vacant a while or water turned off because we had to let it run a while at first due to it being brown from rust. Cable would be a nice addition to the condo so first don’t have to use their own private apps from home.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was clean, quiet, and in a great location right on the beach. We loved the constant breeze and crash of waves. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and private access to the beach just beyond the pool. We could just come and go (to the beach) as we pleased without dragging a bunch of gear around. The whole family had a great time staying there.

Wonderful week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The pictures and description were accurate and it was well cleaned when we arrived. Great central location to explore the area, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. One of the smoke detectors needed a new battery when we arrived, Shana got us a replacement in a timely and convenient manner. Great unit, great host!
