Located in the well-known Reunion Resort, this breathtaking villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that will fit all your loved ones and allow you to make incredible memories. Featuring a WEST-facing private pool with SPA, views of the Nicklaus Golf Course, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast island, an amazing wine cellar, and a summer kitchen, this house is located only a few miles away from Walt Disney World.

Step inside to enter a Mediterranean-style and open-floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel makes mealtime even more enjoyable. The dining room seats up to 8 guests, the summer kitchen has space for 3 guests and the other dining table has space for 4. From the kitchen, you will have beautiful views of the pool and living room. The spacious and open living room is just a few steps away and will comfortably accommodate you and your loved ones.

Step outside to the patio to enjoy the amazing west-facing pool, with spillover SPA and waterfalls. Whether you plan to swim in the pool or enjoy the perfect Sunshine State weather, this lanai has everything you need, including a summer kitchen, sun loungers, a dining table, and much more! The afternoon and evening sun shines will certainly take your breath away! Or you can also spend some time playing pool!

This villa has space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The first-floor bedroom is composed of a king bed and spacious bathroom with a shower. Glass sliding doors open to the Lanai, pool, and golf view. Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms, all very spacious and with walk-in closets. Just like the rest of the house, the master bedroom will impress you! Additionally from the king bed, the bedroom has a very spacious walk-in closet and bathroom with a large private tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to the rear balcony with a pool, golf, and amazing sunset views!

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 20 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
