Terribly noisy

The room was fine and as advertised but the noise was incredible. There was a door going to the stairway outside of our room and every time it was opened it slammed closed. So much talking, slamming of doors, slamming and sliding of the chairs above us on the roof top deck. If you don't mind a lot of noise it is a good value for the price, but don't expect to get a lot of sleep.

Great stay for a Local Concert

We have stayed in this complex three times and have never been disappointed. It's close to everything. The studio unit is on the 3rd floor so it's not for everyone, but once your set up it's a great view. Only thing that it we wished were improved on would be an updated mattress and a cooler AC. Otherwise a nice place for two and the owner is super helpful.

Butler Beach

This facility was as promised, very clean with appropriate supplies. While a studio, it has a very nice balcony which made it feel larger and gave us access to and a sitting area outside. The beach was close and very lovely. Great access to the other amenities of St. Augustine.

Amazing room, host and location, but be aware of next door

This space was perfect for my boyfriend and I! The host was WONDERFUL and this room had absolutely everything we needed, and a gorgeous balcony and view. Unfortunately, we were not aware that this room is directly connected to another rental next door (this is not shown in the pictures), which just happened to be rented out by an obnoxious, inconsiderate bachelorette party. They were so close and loud that it felt like they were in the room with us. It was unfortunate that there was nothing we could do. It seems like we just had bad luck with who was next door, but it's worth noting. Overall, I loved this space and we had an amazing time. The host was super helpful and responsive. Thanks again!

Great place

This unit was just as advertised. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony very much. It was noisy during the day and evening but no problem overnight.

Perfect Spot for Weekend Stay

The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We had a short weekend stay and this place had everything we needed. Loved that we could see the ocean from the balcony. Our event in downtown St. Augustine was easy and fairly quick to get to.
