Please note: my resort property is allowed to be rented as a vacation rental (aka short-term rental) as it respects all provincial and all district rules and regulations.

And now the description . . .
Sand, Sea, and Sky is conveniently situated in the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of Pacific Shores Resort while being a stone’s throw away from all your needed amenities. Included with your stay during the summer are use of cruiser bicycles, kayaks, and standup paddle boards. Year round amenities that are included are the pool, hot tubs, sauna, beach access, ping pong, weights and fitness room. You can conveniently visit nearby Nanaimo, or explore the natural beauty of Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Fanny Bay and beyond. A perfect base camp for nature enthusiasts wanting to take in Rathtrevor beach, Englishman River Regional Park, or the excellent hiking in Mt Arrowsmith Regional Park. It’s the perfect spot for the break you wanted and a great launch point for day trips all over the Vancouver Island.

The Space:
There are 2 separate entrances, 2 separate bathrooms with spa like soaker tubs (no jets), and king-size beds in each of the self-contained bedroom areas. The set-up is ideal for friends or families. A 2021 queen sofa bed with memory foam is in the living room.
Kitchen essentials include:
- Tea and ground coffee.
- General spices, oil, vinegar, and sugar.
- Fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and necessary kitchen utensils.
Other items include:
- Free Wifi specific to condo.
- 3 large TVs including 2 smart TVs with Shaw cable, access to your TV subscriptions.
- Patio with seating that looks out to Craig Bay and Beaver Creek.

Activities:
Just steps from the patio are Craig Bay and Beaver Creek where you can enjoy sandy beaches, tide pools, and wildlife. Nearby attractions include farm stands, local craft stores, local fish markets, and many opportunities to enjoy different beaches, rivers, and parks. Activities include walking, hiking, swimming in lakes, rivers or the ocean, mountain biking, road biking, caving (spelunking), fishing, boating, golfing, and wildlife tours. Some local tips and suggestions will point you in the right direction. Relax or be active as much as you want. Sand, Sea, and Sky will provide new adventures and great memories.

We can not say enough to truly describe how amazing our stay was here! We had a group of us with two children (13&6) and it had everything we needed. Having the option of both outdoor and indoor swimming, plus the ocean, lit up walking trails, playground, restaurant… we could have just stayed at the resort the whole time. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL!! We will be back absolutely. There is a washer and dryer so if anyone needs a quick laundry cycle it is available, and the kitchen is stocked with many spices, oil, tinfoil etc. We just needed a couple groceries. The restaurant is delicious and great service. We got married on the grounds as well in a small ceremony and they were super helpful. You are very close to Parksville so we went mini golfing, and it was nice being on this side of Nanaimo for heading to Coombs, Courtenay etc. Honestly couldn’t be happier!

Great resort getaway at the beach

Family had a great time at Pacific shores. Unit is well equipped and the view of the ocean is great. Kids loved the pool, paddle boards, and pickleball courts. Hope to be back again next summer.

Just as advertised!

We loved our stay here. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, great views, cozy and very spacious! The location is prime, with lots to do around the resort. Pool was so fun for the kids!

Enjoyed our stay and the unit. Super easy checkin which was great. Nice view and set up of the condo worked well for our family of 3. Our daughter had her own suite essentially which she quite liked.

Well stocked unit

The unit is very well stocked, Pacific Shores is an excellent resort with all the amenities. The kids loved playing pool, swimming and the indoor and outdoor pools, the beach etc etc. only downside is the kitchen is very small (but does have a dishwasher!) which made cooking for the family tricky. Also I couldn’t figure out how to lock the bathroom doors. There are blackout curtains, fans and screens on the patio doors.

Loved the property and especially the restaurant!

Property is great, convenient location, clean and well kept. The on resort restaurant Pacific Moon Rising was so wonderful we ate there twice! We will definitely be visiting again:)

Excellent getaway

Perfect location - pick oyster and observe sea star from walking distance. The suite provides all supplies which also include shovel, pool noodle and table games. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and love the convenience to amenities on the island. Quiet spot right on the bay, great for walks on the beach and relaxing. The accommodation is fantastic!

Beds were too firm

This was a very nice property but the beds were the firmest that I have ever slept on. Woke with a killer back ache both mornings. If you don’t mind firm beds, you will like this place

1. It has everything you need for a clean comfortable stay.
2. Pacific Shores is a relaxed, friendly place with beautiful views, walks and activities. It's a great place to relax or be as busy as you want.
3. All your activities and amenities can be found within a 5 minutes drive.
4. Central Vancouver Island is an excellent location for full or half day trips. Do as little or as much as you want.

この宿泊施設の特徴

People come from around the world to enjoy the beach. You can enjoy the views, take walks, build sand castles, fly kites, or simply be there to enjoy the sand, sea, and sky. In the summer, you can take out the kayaks, SUPs, and bikes (all included). There are local farms with fresh eggs, flowers, and produce within a 2-3 minute drive. There are restaurants, spas, shopping, and a variety of attractions all within 5 minutes. A good restaurant and spa services are on site. The condo has a patio that provides direct access to seaside trail and lawn area. The BBQ is just outside the front door.
