Bring the whole family and enjoy an amazing summer vacation tucked away in the Peninsula's prestigious town of Mount Martha. This house has just had a full renovation, inside and out. Brand new kitchen, bathroom, toilets, floors, paint, carpets, the lot. Study, 5 bedrooms, butlers pantry, full outdoor kitchen including a BBQ.

Entertain and wind down. This luxurious property is the place for your next relaxing holiday. Perfect for the whole family there’s even room to bring the grandparents along. Garage not included. All else is. Feel free to ask any questions and we will get back to you asap. Towels, linen, all included. Simply drive on up to the Peninsula and get the most out of your holidays. There are two living rooms a big dining table for 10 and outdoor table in the alfresco area that can seat up to 10 people multiple living zones 3.5 bathrooms and beautiful gardens.

Amazing stay and an amazing owner

Our recent experience at a rented stay house was absolutely remarkable! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience. Every detail was meticulously planned, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.The layout of the house was perfect for a family getaway, with spacious rooms and cozy corners that suited everyone’s needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, while the living area was ideal for spending quality time together. The outdoor spaces were just as delightful, offering a serene environment to relax, swim and unwind.What truly elevated our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. They were incredibly polite, approachable, and responsive to our needs. Whether it was answering questions or accommodating small requests, their prompt and kind communication made the experience seamless and stress-free.It’s rare to find a place where comfort, aesthetics, and outstanding service come together so perfectly. Wow! Is an understatement to this house. Well equipped beautiful gem, minutes from beaches

The best holiday destination in and around Mornington! Close to shops and beautiful beaches! This house is such a hidden gem in the heart of Mount Martha! Beautiful manicured gardens, an amazing heated pool, table tennis table, a modern out door BBQ area, well equipped kitchen and fully stocked pantry! The house had plenty of linen, towels and cleanliness was 10/10. This house catered for the all age groups. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we will be back for sure! The owners are very friendly and communication was easy.

Nestled in a quiet caldesac just 500 meters walk from the beautiful crystal clear waters of Mount Martha, is this beautiful 5 bedroom home which comfortably sleeps up to 10 plus adults.

The property quickly becomes your own private resort with one of the areas largest salt water heated pools to dive straight into and an Alfresco area for outdoor living and entertaining, complete with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen consisting of a gas bbq, outdoor dishwasher, deep cleaners sink and stainless prep bench and all the cooking utensils, dinner plates and more than you require. Oh. There’s also a decent sized bar fridge so you can remain outdoors for as long as you need.

The outdoor shower is an added bonus and we’re sure everyone will be fighting to stay in the pool house as it’s truly blissful to be in any time of the day.
Did we mention the Sonos system? 4 seperate zones to play everyone’s favourite music indoors and out via wifi.

The property boasts an incredible garden all round, with striking auto evening lighting which turns this property into a very special entertainers paradise so you can unwind, relax and feel at ease.

Indoors the house is very spacious. All rooms are large in size with multiple living areas, large dinning tables and seating indoors and out for 18 people.

The kitchen is large in size with a decent butlers pantry fully equipped with the latest appliances and an espresso machine.

There are 5 huge televisions in the home and couches to seat 11 people.

Main- oversized with large tv, picturesque view of garden, with walk in cupboard, oversized shower and luxury bathroom and fittings.

Bedroom 2 - large sized room with queen size bed and a fixed large desk and built in robes and ceiling fan

Bedroom 3- medium sized with queen bed, large tv and desk
Bedroom 4- single bed with pull out second single and desk

Pool house- queen bed, large tv. Sonos. Luxury bathroom with toilet
