Arrived to a place where there was grime everywhere -- old dust clearly hadn't been cleaned for a very long time, and ultimately we found out the place had a bedbug infestation. While Elliot realty helped relocate us quickly, we wished we had never gone on this vacation. The layout and decor of the apartment was really nice.

We had stayed at the Baywatch before! This time the Room was not very clean on arrival We had to clean when we got there! The floors left our little one’s feet black! Lots of leftovers from previous guests! Toys, shoes, cookies, Cheerios, crackers rusty nails and hairballs under the furniture! The room was spacious and fit us well! First place we have stayed that had enough seating in the living area for the 10 of us! That was great! A little lacking on storage, especially for all the food we had to buy for the week! No pantry and had to leave our non refrigerated food sitting on countertop. Lots of remodels going on in the first tower pool areas and they were all closed, both inside and out, which was a little disappointing especially for this time of the year, but we made use of the many other pool areas. Loved the beach view from the balcony! Overall we had a good time there! Would definitely consider going back!

We're glad to hear the spacious layout worked well for your group of 10 and that you appreciated having plenty of seating in the living area and enjoyed the beautiful beach view from the balcony. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the unit upon your arrival. Finding leftover items from previous guests, including food, toys, shoes, and other debris, as well as dirty floors and hair under the furniture, is certainly not the level of cleanliness we expect. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend time cleaning when you had just arrived for your vacation. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the limited storage and the pool areas that were temporarily closed for remodeling. The pool renovations and common-area improvements are managed by the property's HOA, and unfortunately, we do not control their construction schedules or amenity closures. We're glad you were still able to enjoy the other pool areas available at the resort. Thank you again for choosing Elliott Beach Rentals and for giving us another opportunity to host your family. We're pleased to hear you had a good time overall and would consider returning, and we hope your next stay is an even better experience!

The condo exceeded my expectations. It has been well maintained , beautifully decorated and spacious. Will definitely stay here again . I’ve been coming to the beach for years and this has been the best place I’ve stayed . Just a few steps from beach and amazing view from balcony. This condo has everything you need to have a great beach vacation.

Very happy with this three bedroom condo facing the ocean. Beautiful view from balconies, unit was clean and up to date and fully equipped to meet your needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised

Room was clean and was just as advertised which really is all I need to say. Have been going to myrtle for years had enough times where things weren’t as advertised very happy will srmtay again
