Enjoy an excellent central location close to the Village, the lake, and the Aspen Glen picnic area, known for fantastic hiking and biking trails and great sledding in the winter. This tastefully updated two-story cabin features wood accents throughout, modern updates, and a welcoming layout perfect for family gatherings and year-round entertaining. Just a short drive to ski resorts, the golf course, Alpine Zoo, Snow Play, and more, this home offers both comfort and convenience.

LIVING & DINING
This spacious 2,000+ sq ft home features a comfortable living room with TV, dining table, and bar seating. A beautiful gas/wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and charm, while ample seating creates the perfect place for relaxing and spending time together.

KITCHEN
The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining:

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
- Upstairs primary bedroom features a queen bed, fireplace, deck access, and private bathroom
- Upstairs second bedroom includes a queen bed
- Upstairs third bedroom offers a queen bed
- Downstairs fourth bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a TV

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Enjoy the game room with ping pong and foosball for indoor fun. The home also features smart TVs with cable and streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax by the cozy gas/wood-burning fireplace or make use of the laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Average House

House is average. Could be cleaned a little better. Back sliding glass door is very hard to open and close, wheels fell off. Other than that we had a nice time.

Great Ski Chalet for Family Getaway

Great location for a holiday mini ski vacation. House was large enough for extended family + kids. The bunk bed room was bonus for keeping 4 kids happy and occupied. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and nice place to stay in big bear.

Lots of Space

The space was adequate for nine people. Liked that there were three bathrooms. The unit wasn't very clean. The back porch area and tables and chairs were full of pollen and bird droppings from a bird nest. We were glad that we found a hose to clean. The front door area with a wooden bench was full of pollen and cobwebs, too. The location and size accommodated us well. Overall it could use a good cleaning. The kitchen floor may have been swept, but hadn't seen a mop for awhile. The towel supply was low and no wash clothes. The refrigerator worked well. The kids had a good time playing. The garage had numerous items that should be locked up. Paint cans, etc. It wasn't child proof by any means.
