Excellent central location close to the Village, lake, and Aspen Glen picnic area, which offers fantastic hiking and biking trails and amazing sledding in the winter. Two-story cabin tastefully updated with wood accents throughout the property. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, golf course, Alpine Zoo, Snow Play and more! Modern aesthetic and modern updates, perfect for family gathering and entertaining year-round.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home featuring a living room with a TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, deck and bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with ping pong table and foosball! Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy gas/wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the upper deck or spacious back deck and large backyard with a fenced yard! Outdoor activities include a horseshoe pit.

PARKING - 4 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Great Ski Chalet for Family Getaway

Great location for a holiday mini ski vacation. House was large enough for extended family + kids. The bunk bed room was bonus for keeping 4 kids happy and occupied. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and nice place to stay in big bear.

Lots of Space

The space was adequate for nine people. Liked that there were three bathrooms. The unit wasn't very clean. The back porch area and tables and chairs were full of pollen and bird droppings from a bird nest. We were glad that we found a hose to clean. The front door area with a wooden bench was full of pollen and cobwebs, too. The location and size accommodated us well. Overall it could use a good cleaning. The kitchen floor may have been swept, but hadn't seen a mop for awhile. The towel supply was low and no wash clothes. The refrigerator worked well. The kids had a good time playing. The garage had numerous items that should be locked up. Paint cans, etc. It wasn't child proof by any means.
