St Anton Condos #61 (1-Bedroom) with Pool by RedAwning

Unit # 61 - "The Bear unit." A one bedroom, one bath, no smoking, corner unit

with sun all day and a view of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails. Living

room sofa bed - Queen sleeper, with a 49' Flat screen TV, DVD and Wii gaming

system. Dining room: Twin bunk beds. 38' HDTV in the Master bedroom, with a

comfy King bed. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year-

round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs, and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation

room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave

for group gatherings, a large screen TV, and a sitting area with a large

fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from

Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.



ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any

additional parking is not guaranteed.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.

ONLY CERTIFIED ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Maximum occupancy: four people, including children.

Great location!

Always love staying at St. Anton. It’s THE ONLY place we stay when going to Mammoth. Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Will never stay anywhere else!

Fantastic Location!

The cabin was exactly as pictured and very cozy. 1 min walk across the parking lot to Canyon lodge, you can't get any better! Manager Andre was very friendly and helpful

Mammoth Ski Weekend

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the condo and the amenities. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including the ability to make meals. We also had fun playing pool and sitting in the outdoor hot tubs. We can definitely recommend this place!

The Most Convenient for Skiing

Across the parking lot from Canyon Lodge, and a locker in the lodge for our skis was included! Condo was comfy with all amenities.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay this is our 2nd year coming and staying in our room. It’s cozy and the cabin atmosphere makes it that much more enjoyable. Other couples were hating because ours felt like we were actually in a cabin out there. The Room was clean it had everything we needed and the staff was awesome! I recommend staying there to anyone looking for a condo in Mammoth. 😄

Like our second home

Home was warm and felt homey, like people live there and not just a rental property. It was complete from basic spices, coffee filter, lots of supply of kitchen supplies, dishwashing detergent, paper towel and a vacuum! We've been doing home rental in other towns and the simple stuff that they just had in the unit made a difference. It felt like a second home that I just needed to bring my groceries for the week and family's clothes. I brought my own muffin pan for an activity to make easter cupcakes for the kids and they already had!

We had a great time, and loved the proximity of the condo to the lifts. There were so problems, however. The overall condition of the condo, and the whole St Anton property, was somewhat dilapidated. For example, the carpet in the condo wasn't clean and there were drafts past the windows and the door. The hallway carpet
