St Anton Condos #75 (1-Bedroom) with Pool by RedAwning

Unit 75 is a cozy, newly renovated one bedroom, one bath condo. Beautifully

updated unit with new gas fireplace, a 65' flat screen TV, comfortable new

furniture. You will enjoy preparing your favorite meals in the beautiful

updated kitchen with new appliances. The peaceful bedroom has a Cal king bed

and a 55' flat screen TV. The courtyard area has a heated pool (summer only),

2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The

recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator

and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large

fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from

Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.



ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any

additional parking is not guaranteed.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.

ONLY CERTIFIED ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Maximum occupancy is four people, this is including children.

Perfect get away spot

We stayed for 4 night and everything in our condo was perfect!! Our condo was clean and modern, fully furnished with everything we needed. Much more then I expected and the staff was very friendly.

What a charming Condo. Super clean and close to the slopes (when open). Only complaint was there was no colander to strain pasta and the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Would rent again for sure.

This was a comfortable rental for our ski week, including some white out blizzard days where we mostly stayed inside with our 2 kids. The proximity to Canyon Lodge cannot be beat and the staff at St. Anton were helpful & friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most meals in the condo - only complaint was the water kettle was broken and caused us to spill boiling water - do not use!!

NICE LOCATION WITH INDOOR PARKING

LIGHTING IN LIVING ROOM IS NONEXISTANT UNLESS YOU TURN ON BLINDING CEILING LIGHTS. FLOOR IN SHOWER AND TOILET AREA IS BLACK TILE/SLATE WHICH IS NOT ATTRACTIVE AND WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO SANITIZE. KITCHEN IS WELL EQUIPPED.
