This two bedroom unit is located on the second floor of the popular Sundial complex. Located only 500m to the CBD. Enjoy the garden views from the north facing balcony which opens off the living and master bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a two single beds.
Other features include an air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The complex is a security complex and includes a lift, and swimming pool to relax in at the end of the day exploring.
This unit has wifi included.
There is also a single lock up garage.
Bedding: Queen in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. Linen is provided in this unit.
