Copper Springs 107 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size Bed in the 2nd Bedroom accommodating up to 6 people with the queen size soafbed. This unit is beautifully decorated with a number of added Amenities including a Flat Screen TV, a Full-size Kitchen and free Wifi Access. This first floor unit is approximately 900 sq. ft. The building's Amenities include Heated Underground parking Located in the East Village, where the lift lines are, at times, smaller and the ski runs are always bigger, Copper Springs 107 is ideal for friends traveling together or a family | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-74382 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Good but not great

The biggest plus for this property is the location. It is a short walk to the Super Bee lift. The condo itself is very dated. There have been other reviews on the couch and table/chair furniture. It would go a long way if these were updated. Also I wish the kitchen had a few more things such as a decent chef’s knife (nothing fancy - even a 12 Walmart knife would do) and a few small things like spices (salt and pepper) a little olive oil and maybe some Saran Wrap.

Vraiment super emplacement pour le ski inPropreté du bâtiment est impeccable Navette à proximité pour aller au différents village Table de pool et baby-foot pour le plaisir des enfants L’emplacement du spa est un peu loin et beaucoup de neige pour se rendre mais la température de l’eau est parfaite pour une journée après ski

Great Location

Well-located lodge a short walk to the Super-Bee lift. The furnishings were a bit run-down and damaged but it works well for a family with kids because you don’t have to worry about everything being pristine. There are no easy runs off the Super-Bee lift though, so your kids need to be intermediate skiers or you’ll need to take the bus to center village. The jets did not work in the hot tubs, which is my only complaint. Overall, this was a comfortable, spacious place to stay while skiing at Cooper.

I want to know if I can get a refund of the 1 night I missed?

King mattress in master was fabulous but the queen in the second bedroom was very soft and sagging in middle.the condo was still comfortable but could be so much better with a little effort.

Great location to the super bee lift. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The only negative thing I would say is in the master bedroom you can hear some industrial fan on the floor below. It almost vibrates . If you are sensitive to sounds sleep in the smaller bedroom.

Outdated, in need of maintenance

The unit was in a great spot and we loved the village. However, the furnitutre was really in need of an update--couch cushions were sagging, wood furniture scratched-- and it lacked AC (during out stay temps reached mid to high 80's). The rugs were old and a screen was missing from a window that we really would have liked to open since it was so hot. Property managment was very responsive and as helpful as they could be regarding the screen, but they were unable to find a replacement during our stay. The price for the unit was reasonable, but based on pictures I really expected a better maintained unit.

Family Vacation

Was a little warm in the condo when we got there and two of us had to deal with altitude sickness that evening but we recovered the next day. We kept the windows open the rest of the time we were there and got the temp down. Communication with the office was excellent. The area is beautiful and we went on a couple of hikes during our stay. We also tried a couple of restaurants for lunches. We rode the roller coaster and the kids went on the bungee jump. We went into Frisco and did a little shopping. Overall was an excellent vacation.

Good spot with shuttle stop right across the street

We are green trail skiers, so this place being in East Village, we had to take the shuttle over to West or Center Village for our lessons and to catch the smooth greens. But that wasn’t a big deal at all because the shuttle stop is across the street from our front door and the shuttles run every 5-10 minutes. If you are a blue or black skier, you can walk across the street from our front door and grab the SuperBee lift in about 500-1000 feet (I’m bad with estimating distances). The condo had everything you needed to cook and eat in. The outdoor hot tubs were excellent. Ski lockers were very conveniently located. Parking underneath the building was easy peasy so no clearing the car if it snowed. They left extra paper towels and TP for us (always get more TP though, my tip to you). There is no left over food items from previous tenants so you have to purchase it all except coffee filters. All in all a great deal.
