Across the street from the #1 Beach, two fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhomes with a shared pool.

Each unit sleeps 7 in beds. Each bedroom has a king bed. There are 3 full bathrooms, the master and other upstairs bedroom both have en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom on the main living level uses the hall bath adjacent to it. There is a twin-size bed in an alcove off the master bedroom. These units have top of the line finishes, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer in each unit. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are provided (including beach towels).
There are two balconies - A private balcony off the master bedroom and another off the main living area overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

Both units are beautifully decorated and come with everything you need to sit back and enjoy
your beach vacation. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to get it all across the street to the beach! There is parking for up to three standard size cars in the garage and 4th car can be parked in front on the 1/2 circle drive.

Park your car and leave it - don't be bothered looking for parking. You are 108 feet to the Beach Access and a short 6 minute walk to Siesta Key Village for dining and shopping. ​

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures linens and towels are always clean and included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for each guest.

Pool Heating Policy:
Pool heating is weather dependent. Under suitable outdoor conditions, the pool water temperature can be maintained up to 82°F.
Pool heating does not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 72°F, as cooler conditions significantly reduce system efficiency and guest comfort.
