Noah's 46 Cliff Road
Noah's is a fantastic large beach house located on Cliff Rd headland between 2 beaches - One Mile and Burgess beach, both 350 metre walking distance. Stunning panoramic views of Cape Hawk in the south to Crowdy Head in the north are visible from the spacious lounge, dining and front bedrooms.
Upstairs that has recently been significantly renovated, has a nautical beach theme with ducted air conditioning with large TV, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans.
There are four large bedrooms sleeping nine guests with two modern bathrooms. Both front bedrooms have King beds with ocean views, the master bedroom with walk in robe, ensuite with full size bath. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom with district views has 2 king single beds, All of the beds are made up with linens, and towels are rolled up ready for the bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your own beach towels.
Downstairs has a beachy feel with a large foyer leading into a relaxing sunroom lounge area overlooking the large inground pool. There is outdoor furniture and a Gas BBQ in the backyard and an outdoor beach shower in the front. A games area located off the double garage includes a ping pong table.
This property is strictly non-smoking. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties.
A 1,500AUD bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
