We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in process was easy and owners very responsive. Be prepared for the windy uphill drive which is so worth it once you see your view! Make sure you lock your cars at all times and don't leave any food/food like items as bear will get in them if they're not locked. We had three bears inside one of our vehicles at one point beacuse the door was unlocked and another bear ripped our truck bed cover because we forgot we had garden seeds in the back. That being said, it was very cool to see bears every day we were there. Also enjoyed the fireworks you can see from Dollywood around 9:40pm. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing stay with an amazing view!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, the views were amazing and and the proximity to Smokey Mountain National Park was perfect. We hiked or ran in the park everyday and it was stunning. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was great! Awesome views of the Smokies, with great sunsets. Mountain feel away from the crowds, but easy access to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The cabin was very clean, and was a great place to come back to, and relax with the family. If your looking to book a trip, you will absolutely love staying here!

Peaceful and quiet

House was clean and comfortable. Drive up to house with 1/2 ton pickup was a bit tricky, but doable. This is the place to go if you want to stay in the house and not go back and forth to town a lot.

Great Stay in Gatlinburg

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is incredible and the cabin was very spacious, modern, and clean. While the roads to reach this cabin are steep, they are all well paved and the drive to the top is so worth it. It is more expensive than some cabins nearby, but it is worth it for the modern amenities and stellar view. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent views and location, but…

This house truly is in an amazing location with one of the best views in all of Sevier County. Convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, somewhat secluded without feeling too isolated. For the most part, the house is beautiful. Stunning living room and well coordinated, upscale design which is rare in the area. Our stay had a few issues, however. There are technically 4 bedrooms, two on the second floor and two in the basement. The last bedroom in the basement is more of a last-resort bedroom with a pullout sofa and you can only access it off the bathroom. Wouldn’t make any sense, but we didn’t need 4 bedrooms. The first issue we noticed was that one of the bedrooms upstairs had unfinished sheetrock on the ceiling that was not painted and ruined the look and feel of the room, making it less than hospitable. There was also a lack of adequate lighting at night. The bed in the main basement bedroom was incredibly squeaky to the point where we almost couldn’t fall asleep. We heard scratching in the night. It seems a family of spiders live in the wall of the basement. They made an appearance in the nook of the bookshelves in the wall. We couldn’t sleep down there because the spiders were HUGE enough to be making actual noise, and we couldn’t kill them because they were hard to access and pinpoint. Roaches were found in every bedroom and bathroom. I’m assuming adequate pest control does not take place at this property. It’s a shame that the these problems occurred.

WONDERFUL!!

First of all, we had a blast! We appreciate you letting us create memories at your house. We did experience a few bumps. The first was that there was no Twin Daybed w/ Twin Trundle it was a couch that turned into a bed. No huge deal; we managed to make it work. Second, although it wasn't a significant concern, the tall chairs outside the bolts kept coming out . The owner immediately fixed the gas after the it ran out. The beds are really cozy. the Kitchen table was great for playing cards and family gathering. couches and chairs were soft so much i fell asleep. Kitchen was fully stocked. THANK YOU for labeling all light switches! It's an amazing view. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby. It was a little disrespectful of the committee they dispatched to order us to go. They approached the porch, helped themselves to my husband's coffee mug and all of his coffee, and then attempted to check out our baggage in the car, but hey, they were BEARs, so what can you expect! Yes, a mother bear and her two cubs came to see us depart as we were packing things.

Week-day getaway

The Four Seasons exceeded our expectations. The million dollars views from the patio were breathtaking. The home itself was very well appointed, and the layout was perfect for our party. Plenty of places to engage in quiet conversation, and appreciate the thoughtful design of the home itself. We will come back to The Four Seasons.

Incredible view

This cabin provided a nice experience with all of the convenience of Gatlinburg and an exceptional view. This house is truly the bird's nest at the top of a cluster of rental properties. There is still good privacy and the location is great! The house is decorated nicely (my favorite being the main floor) and boasts a layout that's great for two families. A few noteworthy items: - The house was tidy, but definitely not deep cleaned. - There were some minor maintenance items (slow bathtub drain, microwave issue) and cobwebs that should have been addressed prior to renters. - We experienced severe weather mid-stay, which had significant impact on the cabin roof - to the tune of 20+ shingle sheets and gutters coming off the house. This was obviously a weather incident with no damage to our cars (thankfully), but I did not receive any reply after sending details and photos to the property mgmt company.

Absolutely amazing

Book this cabin! Do not hesitate. It’s absolutely breathtaking. The views, the cabin everything. We will be back. We had another cabin for some of the days of trip I regret not staying at this cabin the whole time. Worth the money. Can’t wait to come back

Weekend stay- cleanliness

This cabin was beautiful as well as the views. We had easy checkin and check out. I do have complaints regarding cleanliness. Upon arrival we noticed there were cobwebs in the corners of living spaces. The floors were also not properly cleaned. Along with this one major thing has been the cleanliness of the hot tub. Each of our guest that stayed have developed rashes along with fungal infections on their feet. Doctors have diagnosed these things and have stated they are from the hotub. I have always felt safer using a hot tub in Vrbo properties. I have to say I’m disappointed in cleanliness of the property. The cabin is beautiful, but because of this factor I will not be returning.

Great location!

The location was great, we had a couple issues with hot tub and missing kitchen items but the property managers made sure we got what we needed and responded promptly to emails.

A Wonderful House in an Awesome Location

This is a wonderful house. Everything about the house is first class. The location is amazing. It is the highest house on a mountain with an incredible view of the Smokeys. We enjoyed the large decks and were able to see Dollywood in the distance. There were fireworks each evening about 9:45 and we were in the perfect spot to enjoy them. Bears came through the property on 3 days and we had closeup views of them from the decks. Our family had a fantastic vacation in the Gatlinburg house and recommend it to others.

Family getaway

This cabin was gorgeous. The view was breathtaking. It was perfectly located within minutes of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We only had a group of five, but it could have easily slept 10. Definitely recommend

Very nice house. Great views of the mountains.

The house was very nice. Location for views were great, the path to the house is a little narrow with sharpe turns. Had to buy bath towels, due to the ones in the house had stains all over them. And the basement door to get out to the hot tub didn’t open. The door knob was broken, and I had to take it apart to be able to use the hot tub. But overall it was a great stay and great house.
