Very enjoyable stay. Nice clean and quiet place. Beach access is directly across the street. Pool has shade and sun. Can't wait to go back and stay here again.

Great Location

Clean, well equipped, responsive management team, close and convenient to beach, restaurants, and the pool is just outside the door!

A wonderful Place to Stay!

It was VERY clean and had everything needed to stay away from home. Pool area was great! Very clean and pool heating was much appreciated. Made some wonderful friends at the pool, very nice and quiet place.

Great stay on Marco Island

Great location near Public Beach access...provided us plenty of items to use at the beach. Very nice unit that had everything we needed. Communication with property manager was also very timely! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The condo was in a perfect location to get to the beach. It was stocked well with anything you would need, comfortable and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and tennis. We had a great stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location!

This place is very roomy. Easy beach access. Very clean and everything you need for the beach. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. Pool is right outside the door.

Had a great stay at the condo. Location was great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and for going to the beach. One of the twin beds needs a new mattress but otherwise was a perfect place!

Nice Location

We are a retired couple, escaping the Michigan cold for five weeks and stayed here for 2 weeks. We found the location to be perfect. No direct view of the gulf but a short walk across the street takes you to the beach. The condo was clean, well stocked, including everything needed for a beach day. Marco island is a special place and we enjoyed easy access to everything!

Well-equipped apartment, great location

The apartment is well-equipped and at a great location, only a short distance from the beach. The pool was lovely and inviting, and the bed in the master bedroom was really comfy. The host was willing to answer questions and very helpful. Excellent experience! Recommended; we would definitely return.

Perfect !!!

This condo was perfect. It was literally less than a 5 minute walk pulling a wagon with all the beach gear to the beach !!! I would definitely rent this unit again !

Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the bonus of beach chairs and umbrella. An improvement I would suggest is new throw pillows for living room. The ones there were flattened. A minor issue but something we used every day. Light was out in the kitchen but contacted manager and they fixed the next day! Impressive!

Great Marco Getaway

The unit is clean, spacious, and has a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the lanai but would have found regular chairs and table height more comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the beach was close and convenient. The pool was very nice and consistently clean and warm every day. This was especially nice for February. All the other guests and owners that we met were friendly.

Marco never disappoints

We’ve been coming to marco for years - love the unit we’re in! Hidden gem! When original owners sold I was a bit worried we’d feel like strangers but everything was meticulous as previous trips. The extras from welcome kit to tips and hints gave us new places to explore and memories to be made. Will be back!

Very clean and great location

We would come here again. The condo is well located right across from the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and relaxing. The only disappointment was that the kitchen lacked supplies. There was no salt or spices, only 2 tablets for the dishwasher, not 1 coffee pod, no containers or tupperware to put in leftovers, no saran wrap or aluminum foil. Usually when we rent a condo, we find these things leftover from previous renters. It was a hassle to have to go back to the grocery store after we had arrived . I still give it 5 stars.

Seaview #107

Wonderful condo that was equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation on Marco Island. Our family of 4 stayed in this unit Christmas week 2021. Communication with the property manager (Mark) with a few questions upon check in was prompt (within a few minutes via e-mail). The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and take to the beach (beach chairs/umbrella were in good condition and 2 coolers available to use). The location of the condo was awesome; just a short walk across the street and you are right at South Beach access. We didn't use the pool, but it is right outside the entrance to this unit. We would definitely rent this unit again.
