We had a great stay! This home includes everything you need for fun in the sun!!!!! The home is exactly as pictured in the photos too! The rental agent, Ann, is easy to work with and very helpful.

This was one awesome place to say. Very nice house and the amenities were everything we could have dreamed of. And the pool with the lanai was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here again

A bit of Paradise in Cape Coral

Property was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen essentials, quiet neighborhood and easy access to traveling in and out of "The Cape" our 2 month stay couldn't of been better!

This was a great property and my experience with the host was outstanding. The house was very well maintained. Everything was just like the pictures. The yard was nice with the privacy fence, also well maintained. you have full control over the pool heating, which is not always the case at other properties I have stayed at. the home comes stocked with just about everything you could think of. The host came for check in on our second day, asked if we had any questions and offered restaurant and other things to do. The location close to Cape Coral Parkway was very convenient. The home layout is nice, typical Florida "open" concept. The Master Bed and bath on one side of the house, the two other guest rooms on the opposite side. There are TV's in every room with Rokus or they are Roku TVs. I would definitely stay here again, I can't say enough good things about our stay.

Most everything was good

The overall property was very nice. However, the Wi-Fi password in the information packet was incorrect so we were a day and a half without Wi-Fi. The air conditioning went out and we were without it for approximately 14 hours. And it was quite hot. Maintenance did come immediately to help resolve the issue.
