It is in a quiet neighborhood on a Gulf access canal conveniently located near various shopping centers, restaurants, and golf courses. There is plenty of space for you and your traveling companions to enjoy both the inside and outside of this home.

Living Room: The spacious living room is bright and gives panoramic views of the lanai, pool and canal. Make yourself comfortable and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV on the plush sectional sofa. If you're looking for a quiet place to read or catch up on your favorite shows, the family room located off the living room is perfect, offering another flat-screen TV. The family room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.
