The Space:
Perfectly located with water views over Mollymook Beach and in walking distance to oceanside cafes and the golf course. You won't be disappointed with this cute townhouse which is ideal for couples or a small family.

The bedrooms are located upstairs with the main bedroom east facing with ocean views from the balcony. Downstairs offers open plan living with a private bright and sunny outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ.

The property is well supplied with books, games and videos, providing hours of fun for the children after a big day at the beach.

Important Notes:
- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.

- Strictly no pets
- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.

Review

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Mook with my family including two children and we will definitely be back. Short stroll from the beach. The main bedroom has a sea view. Clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. There is a fantastic brand new playground next to the beach and next to a coffee shop! Perfect! Kids loved the bunk beds and board games. The longer you spend at the nook the more you appreciate that lot of love and thought has gone into renovating the townhouse. '5 out of 5 stars.
