The Location - This fabulous north-east facing 2 bedroom unit is situated in one of Noosa's most popular locations. On the top floor of a small complex of 8 units, it enjoys spectacular views over Laguna Bay and Noosa National Park. So close to the popular facilities Noosa is famous for - cosmopolitan Hastings St, fabulous Noosa Main Beach as well as Little Cove Beach, plus the ever popular Noosa National Park. The views from the expansive rooftop sun deck will take your mind away - simply lay back, lap up the sun and take in the ever changing seascapes. The complex features a large sun drenched swimming pool.

The Unit – This furnished property has 2 bedrooms with Queen bed and 2 Single beds respectively and has 2 bathrooms including an ensuite to the master with a spa bath (with shower over) .

Kitchen is fully equipped including a Miele under bench oven, dishwasher and microwave.

There is also a comfortable living area with balcony to enjoy the views. The property also features a secure undercover parking for one car and a secure entry with intercom. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, there is no lift, there is no air-con.

Entertainment features a 50 inch LG HD TV and Sony DvD player Plus Foxtel with movies and sport. There is also a Free Wifi.

It is fully equipped with laundry facilities with a Miele washing machine and F&P drier located in the family bathroom.

Please be advised that the property is not ideal for small children due to steep steps to the roof top deck.

Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

Great location and view

The apartment is in a great location - so close to Little Cove and an easy walk to both Hastings St and the National Park. The view from the kitchen/ lounge and roof top deck are amazing. The apartment is quite tired and could do with a spruce up and there is no airconditioning so can get quite hot at this time of year

Great location

This is a premium property in an A++ location so we were happy to pay the $$. But for the price the apartment was filthy. Terrible cleaning job. Apartment itself was also looking a bit tired. Needs some TLC.

Gorgeous view, great location

We stayed here for a week during Easter school holidays and had an amazing time. Perfectly located near everything, short walk to the beach and Hastings street. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location and view but tired apartment - needs work

First of all the apartment is in an amazing location with a beautiful view over Little Cove and the sea beyond. Unfortunately the apartment, fixtures and furniture is poorly maintained, old and tired. Power points and the spa are broken. My phone was stuck in the power point and wouldn't come out! There are marks on the walls. The linen is old, scratchy and pilled. There is no bedhead so you have to lean against the wall to read in bed. Only the very minimum is provided - one pillow per person, one very thin small bath towel per person. We had to get the pillows replaced as they were so lumpy I couldn't sleep and had to sleep on one of the couch cushions. It cost us a lot to stay there and it was DEFINATELY NOT WORTH IT.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic apartment in Little Cove, halfway between Hastings st and the National Park. Go to sleep to the sound of crashing waves and wake up to Kookaburras laughing. Well set up with 2 fantastic decks and unparalleled views.
