Amazing place and location

Location was secluded enough to enjoy time of relaxation. Even though I had to cut the trip short I still enjoyed my time at the property. Would definitely book here again if the opportunity presents itself. Communication with property management was excellent as well.

Quiet and simple

The property was nice and hidden from the road. Occasionally you hear a horse or cow from the Amish farm across the street. Very peaceful. Especially if you want to get away from WiFi and TV s. Because there aren't any on the property. Everyone enjoyed the fish tank and the big living room. The kitchen and bathrooms were out dated but worked. Water is from a well and was so soft you need to be careful showering. Bring drinking water! I wouldn't say it's pleasant to drink. The owner or previous owner was a heavy cigarette smoker. Smelled like a chimney as soon as you enter. One other thing, there is no way to lock the front or back doors. We found out why, there's no need to. It's such a secluded location with barely any road traffic. This property is great for getting out of the city and all the traffic and just chilling with friends and family. Your kids might freak out with no TV or WiFi. Then start to slowly actually interact with you. You know before they got a cell phone.

Awesome Property

The property was just what we needed for a nice place to relax after a long day. Very quick responses from the host. Would definitely stay here again. Very spacious.

Great secluded paradise

We had a great time at the Stony Creek Lodge. The house was very clean and had lots of room for us to spread out. Our hosts had a number of helpful suggestions regarding local eating and shopping establishments. The proximity to Cleveland also made it possible for us to take a day trip there. We would highly recommend staying here.
