1900 Ninety-Eight #702 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Years of refinement, ideal water conditions and patience are required for an oyster to make that perfect pearl. So it goes with beachfront condo 702. It’s opulent appearance shines with attention to detail and thoughtful design. And just like a priceless pearl, the water conditions surrounding it couldn’t be better.

The smooth, white sand on the shores below transcends to the chic decor scheme where modern meets the beach. Walls of windows overlook the great cerulean expanse; wispy linen drapes connect ten-foot ceilings with oversized ceramic tile floors and white furnishings accented by abstract gallery art create a very cool vibe. Plus, a sleek kitchen with Thermador appliances and the Primary suite with a large soaking tub, stone walk-in shower and a beachfront balcony are ready to impress.

More than just a pretty gem, 702 boasts conveniences like large-screen TVs throughout, a full laundry room, high-speed elevators and covered parking. Additionally, the deeded beach access (imagine never having to worry about a spot on the shore), a location that is within walking distance to restaurants and an address in the heart of Destin make 702 the place where memories never tarnish.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The balcony does have an electric grill for your use.

PROPERTY ONLY COMES WITH 1 DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

The Gulf view was outstanding, getting to the beach from the room was easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We used it for a family vacation and it worked great. Once we memorized the gate and elevator codes it was a breeze. We also felt very safe.

Amazing view and great location

The view is truly amazing from this unit. Pool on the rooftop can be a bit windy and parking stalls are tiny but management company was very attentive and checkin/checkout was super easy.

Unobstructed views were awesome. Unit was just as described and even roomier than expected. Grill worked great! All kitchen appliances and cooking pans were available. Host was very responsive. Be aware that the chairs and umbrella on beach was not included in fee since we stayed after 10/31. Had to pay for that. Also unit had no spices or any food whatsoever except one coffee pack. E.g Had to buy salt and pepper. Also need to bring your own garbage bags and paper towels. Only one of each provided.

the "Host" turns out to be Newman Daily, a huge promotional management company who greatly misrepresents and far far over promotes the property with literally constant pestering contact over your stay trying to sell you more and turning what was hoped to be a restful vacation into 4 days of arrogant, "used car salesman like" banter. You will surly regret giving these people you text number or email. Most obviously, they just lie about occupancy trying to sell you insurance and additional days in a building which was completely empty. Among my many VRBO rentals, this Newman Daily experience was the worst and is actually damaging to the VRBO brand.

Slice of paradise

Pictures just don't do this place justice. The condo and view were beyond gorgeous. Everything you could possible need is available in the unit. It's nice they provide chairs and an umbrella for beach service but it would be nicer to have lounge chairs in addition to the basic beach chairs. I would also prefer to bring my own tent/umbrella for optimal shade but rules are the rules. Loved how close the unit was to all of the restaurants and activities. We loved it so much no one wanted to leave and we're already planning for next year.

Relaxation at its finest 🏖 From beginning to end‼️ It was nothing but fabulous, from the elaborate ocean front condo with our own private roof top pool & jacuzzi to the private beach area. Full 5 star!!!!!
