Very clean, very spacious, most comfortable and best smelling beds and bedding ever!!Very nice neighborhood and close to everything you need. Kind and helpful communication with woman who helps with the house. We have stayed at this house twice for teenage sporting events- will rent every time! Wish every VRBO was this great!

Very good communication with the host rep, very nice neighborhood and house. House could use a little TLC to address items that are loose, broken or dirty (kitchen had some bugs and sleeper sofa had some trash wrappers). Easily accommodated our family of 5. Guest rooms would benefit from ceiling fans to help with air flow. Would stay here again.

Was nice.

For such a beautiful house we were surprised that there was no dishwasher, no barbeque and the Jacuzzi didn't work. Also the Jacuzzi had a light fixture hanging off that was giving electric shocks to everyone. The towels were very cheap and thin. The down draft stove fan didn't work and kept setting off the smoke detector. With that said, the place was very tastefully decorated and had plenty of room for our needs.

Decent house!

This was a spacious house for our large family!We had plenty of room for everyone with room to spare.It isn't really geared toward people with younger children but we made due. ( mainly stuff was just fancy/breakable. No games ect)Communication with property manager was great! The dryer was broker and they had it replaced very quickly.Most of the stuff was as described!The neighborhood was very nice & safe. We got out for several walks!

As advertised

Home was as advertised. Great pool area, but pool not heated which we would have paid for. Interior lighting needs to be improved with brighter bulbs and replacing some not working. Bedding (sheets, blankets and spreads) are old and worn and need to be replaced.

Beautiful But Dingy

The property and location were beautiful. The house is dark.. such as colors and furniture. The cleanliness was not good. There was a lot of dust and dirt under furniture and in the drawers. My husband and 16 year old found a pill and a vape pen in the office desk drawer. There’s a “unique” chair/bench in the master bedroom that had white dried stains on it. The pool is in a screened in area, not glass and although there’s a heating unit, the pool is not heated for guests. The master bedroom bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub and the beds were very comfortable. All in all the property was mediocre. Some brighter lights and lighter colored furniture/paint, and a DEEP clean and this property would be great! Large enough for a family with plenty of room to find a quiet spot!

Comfortable home with great entertaining space

We enjoyed the home overall, the master suite’s bed was extremely comfortable.Because it’s a larger home and we had our high school and college age kids with us, we would have preferred a dishwasher as we did cook most meals during our stay. Doing dishes was a drag.

Beautiful House!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean house in a nice neighborhood. The house is as described. Decor and furniture are good quality but dated. The two queen bedrooms do not have TVs. Huge master suite. Pool and hot tub was clean but not warmed so we couldn’t use them, thus the 4 star rating. Lori, the caretaker, was proactive and responsive to any issues we encountered. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay there again.

Wedding stay

The neighborhood was nice & quiet. The property manager Lori was great. The house was very clean but I’m sorry to say the house was very dark & dingy. The best rooms were the two guest rooms and bathroom. The paint was light in color and the light bulbs were bright.The rest of the house was very dark and the lighting wasn’t very good.The kitchen recessed lights were bright but almost the rest of the recessed lighting throughout the house had those old cheap Chinese curling mercury filled light bulbs. Oscar, the owner, could easily go to Home Depot and replace those old cheap light bulbs with more efficient LED light bulbs.Come on Oscar, open up your wallet a bit and by paint and new light bulbs. Start with the master bedroom. That room is horribly dark even with all the blinds open. Get rid of that dark red, marked up paint and replace it with a much lighter color. Same with all that brown paint in the master bathroom.Also, those two walk-in closets need the brightest lights you can get. You can barely see when the lights are on.While you’re at it, please put a dishwasher in that empty spot you covered up with a stained sheet of plywood.Oscar, your home has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!It wouldn’t cost very much for paint, LED light bulbs and a basic dishwasher.If you did these things you would get FIVE STARS.Again, Lori, the home caretaker is a fabulous person.

Good value

We had a nice time. There was plenty of space for everyone. Lori the manager was easy to communicate with and even pointed us at some local Pickleball courts. The two guest bedrooms do not have ceiling fans so they get a bit stuffy. though we were able to borrow some fans from our family that live close by. There is no dishwasher so if you cooked a lot that might be an issue, but it was fine for this particular trip. All in all, we thought it was a good value and loved that it was close to our family in Valrico.

Home for all

The home was large enough that the kids had their space and the adults had ours. Some amenities weren’t available to us (fire pit) but the manager was awesome and took care of our every need. Close to everything yet far away to be an oasis!
