This was a unique property and vacation experience. We would definitely recommend staying here. The management company was able to get us into the property for an early check-in & was extremely helpful and communicative during our stay.

Excellent view and beautiful cabin

What a great place. I loved the decor, the bedrooms, the cleanliness of the property, as well as the views all around. My boys and I came during the summer to do some white water rafting and fly fishing. What an amazing time!

Family vacation at Tiger Run

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice facilities. Our family loved the pool and hot tub. Very quiet/peaceful neighborhood and friendly people. Very clean house. The view of the mountains were wonderful! Thank you for an enjoyable experience!!

The cabin was very cute and clean! Not far from the water!! We had family members in the same resort and our cabin was best equipped!! The only thing I can say is bring the can opener!! We would definitely stay again!

Nice Experience

Every thing was great. The only problem we had was that the code to get into the property was not correct and the code to get the keys to the house was also not correct. We had to call the manager to get the correct codes.

Do not rent

This location was great. Property is very tired. Kitchen was not well stocked. Electrical could not handle hair dryer. Wall paper falling off the wall. Not a great experience.

However, we feel compelled to clarify certain points mentioned in your review:-Regarding the property being "tired," our photos are 100% accurate. We replace linens, towels, and beds annually, and the dining chairs were purchased about 14 months ago. All other furniture is in good condition.-The kitchen is well-stocked with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, glassware (including wine glasses for 8), plates, bowls, cutlery, a knife set with steak knives, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, pitchers, cookie sheets, muffin pans, and a full set of pots and pans. We would also like to mention that we have added a dishwasher for the convenience of our guests. We would appreciate more specifics on what you found lacking.-We tested the electrical outlets in the bathroom, and the hair dryer worked fine.-As for the wallpaper, we have painted walls and tongue-and-groove pine ceilings; there is no wallpaper in the property.We wish you had contacted us during your stay so we could have addressed these issues immediately. We have never received a 1-star rating before, and we feel this rating does not reflect the quality of our property. We are committed to maintaining the high standards that have earned us such positive feedback and continuously strive to enhance the experience of all our guests.

The sofa in the living room should be thrown away. Nobody cleaned it in a century. The bed linens were gross. We had to sleep on bed covers. The rest of the property is good. Own parking spot, rec center with arcade and hot tub. Big kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. Very close to the Breck's gondola and parking

Fine, but I'd rather not

Bathroom is too small, no refunds/changes for airline weather delays(!), temperature impossible to control in bedroom.

Hi Sean, the owner takes the experience of their guests seriously, and they wanted to follow up on the items that you mention in your review: - Travelers can see the square footage of the property before they book, and the photos were taken by a local photographer to make sure that they accurately represent the home -We strive to make our house as comfortable as possible for our guests, we're sorry if you had a hard time staying warm in the home during your stay. Guests can regulate the temperature of the home as they like. The front bedroom has heat control and there are fans to move the air around in some of the rooms. Instructions are in the guidebook. We also encourage guests to reach out to their local contact while in residence as they are always available to assist with concerns. We would have been happy to accommodate had the unique circumstances been communicated to us -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, while we cannot control the weather or the airlines we are sorry if this made your stay less relaxing We were sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations, but we're confident that guests will continue to enjoy 5-star experiences here moving forward!

Small Cabin in a Big Gated Park

Cute little cabin in a gated owner/renter/RV park. 2 small bedrooms with ok beds, ceiling fans, and seperately controlled heat (no a.c.). Tiny corner kitchen with full sized appliances and supplies (cramped). Very small camper like bathroom but with a shower. The lower level side room has a nice amount of space, with a slouchy, low pull out couch (didn't try it), a comfy recliner, and nice side chairs. There's a good sized entry with lots of hanging hooks, and a pretty dining table and chairs.The park is on a free hourly bus line that will pick you up by the park entrance and take you right into Breckenridge, where there is a free trolley to Shuttle you through the main street shopping center and out to the trail to see the troll. (Very short easy hike, with a rewarding short hike to the top of a ridge attached to it.)There are pay laundry machines in the "Owners Clubhouse " which also includes a pool, 2 hot tubs, and full locker rooms. You need 2 different codes to get to the hot tub/pool area, one for the Clubhouse door and one to get to the pool.There is a scenic, aggressive switchback trail leaving right from the park up a ridge with a nice view, and a stream also runs through the park which is visible at the bridges.

Great location and cozy house

This was a great location for the activities on our family vacation. With 2 adults and 3 teens it was a bit cramped though, especially with one bathroom. The deck was a great place to review the day’s activities as we ate dinner together. The hiking trail at the rear of Tiger Run was a great discovery!

Nice lodge in the Tiger River Run resort

The location of the property (Tiger River Run) was great. You have access to trails, roads, and are located between Frisco and Breck. The roads around the property were great for walking. The lodge was very accommodating. The kitchen was small and the ceiling height was short. We didn't have a can opener available to us. There were signs posted telling us we could not use the loft space, which seemed odd since we paid to rent the cabin. The bathroom could use a different toilet seat. The driveway cannot accommodate a full size truck.
