Nearly Not a Nit to Pick

The entire villa is stunning, as expected in this price point. It is true that photos don't do it justice.There are few minor inconveniences that potential tenants might desire to know before booking. None of these would inhibit us from immediately booking this home again.First, the ultimate master bedroom is up a flight of stairs. If a large multigenerational family is traveling together, the patriarch/matriarch need to traverse a flight comfortably. This is especially true in light of the fact that the beautiful exterior flooring can become slick in rain, which happens nearly daily in St. John. Stairs and somewhat slick floors require confidence. There is a nearly equal second bedroom on the ground floor eliminating this hassle if people prefer.The most bottom level (pool level) bedroom had a very intricate system of air deodorizer and cleanser. In the Caribbean lower levels of homes almost always have an extremely musty smell. This home fares as well as any we have ever encountered, but the tenants of the bottom-most room will still note just a hint of island must. You can not find a large house with multiple levels in the Caribbean that counters this better than this home.The home was exceptionally well equipped. My spouse is adamant that we will purchase the mattress present in the master and throughout. I enjoyed the gas grill. Everyone enjoyed the kitchen. It was paradise.SMCDes Moines, IA
