Welcome to The Foothills at Thousand Hills Golf Resort! This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo has everything you are looking for! This condo is located just off the Branson strip and is minutes from everything Branson has to offer. This recently updated property has plenty of space for family gatherings and has an onsite indoor pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round! This is a second-floor unit, but it is just three steps to walk right in!

The open living room and dining room is the highlight of this property. The new modern furniture perfectly fills the space. The open concept makes it so everyone can be part of the fun of cooking a meal, enjoying a movie, or playing a game. We've included everything you need for you to enjoy on your vacation. The kitchen comes with everything you need to make your favorite meal for your family. Why wait in long lines when you can enjoy your favorite recipes right in your home-away-from-home? We have it all. Between the spacious dining area and large breakfast bar there is seating for everyone! The living room features a large new smart TV. This is the perfect place to have a family movie night while enjoying the electric fireplace. The living room opens to a large, covered deck with comfortable seating. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee or evening snack while enjoying the peaceful view of the Ozark Mountain hills.

Our guests tell us that the beds in our properties are some of the most comfortable they have ever slept on, and this condo is no exception! This property has new king mattresses. Both bedroom suites have luxury bedding and an attached full bath - both with double sinks! We have included a flat screen television in each room as well so everyone can watch what they want while on vacation. The primary king bathroom also has a large, jetted tub/ shower combo. The new sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeper sofa - perfect for extra guests. There is also a pack-n-play in the condo. This unit sleeps up to six guests.

In addition to everything the condo has to offer, guests can also enjoy onsite amenities. The clubhouse and pool complex are just across the parking lot. From the large outdoor pool to indoor pool and hot tub there is something for everyone to enjoy while staying at the foothills!

The place was great. The location was off of the strip, but you could hit the backroads and be anywhere in Branson. The place was clean and well furnished, down to coffee and snacks

What a gem! This beautiful condo had everything our group of four needed. It was spacious and very clean.Plenty of dinnerware and cookware to use. Easy access, and close to the strip, yet far enough away, not to hear a lot of noise. We did not use the outdoor pool, but the hot tub and indoor pool were accessible and used a couple times while we were there. Nice balcony. Comfortable beds. Definitely would stay here again.

Great clean and roomy space! Kids had own room and bath. Balcony overlooked road so not a quiet peaceful place to relax. We were busy and not in the room much so it wasn’t a big deal.

The location of this condo is great. It is just south of the strip. Far enough away to not be in all the congestion, but close enough to get to things relatively quickly. The condo itself was fine, but the floors were really dirty. Our boys walked around in their white socks and before long they were a dark brown.

Was an amazing stay and was very responsive when I had a question or even to let them know when a light was burnt out. Will definitely be staying here again. Was in a perfect location in town close enough to everything but far enough away to not be bombarded with all the traffic noise.

Easy peasy!

I took my daughter and her two teenage kids to Branson for spring break. It was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, nice parking right in front of unit and easy to check in and out. Close to many attractions and restaurants.

The condo is clean and pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked. There were pods and dryer sheets in the laundry area. The pool was nice and not excessively busy. The listing stated there was a grill on site but we were unable to locate it. We asked property manager where it was and they said they would look into it and get back with us but they never did. We had grill as one of the required amenities so we were disappointed that the listing was incorrect. Assortment of games and cards was nice.

Amazing host and perfect place for a family.

Very well kept property. Very home like feeling. Everything you will need to cook and take care of yourself. Owners were extremely responsive and wonderful. Would stay here again if back we are back in the area. Very convenient location to the strip and lakes
