Beautiful cabin right on the river. Lots of wineries nearby. We were in the Dahlongea Christmas parade with our dogs. Would like to stay here again.

The property is absolutely beautiful and tranquil. I’m still in awe about how the gracious host has EVERYTHING you would need. I made a full Thanksgiving dinner with no issues at all. It was fabulous. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Such a sweet, cozy, cabin!! Perfect size for party of two! Close to Dahlonega and so many wineries and places to hike! No shortage of trails and waterfalls nearby! Will definitely come back! Love the vibe of the cabin! Listening to the river is so comforting and soothing! Great spot!

The cabin was perfect. You don't need anything, but your family. Furnishings are very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to downtown dalonegha. Our dogs also loved their stay. You'll love the fresh air and quiet surroundings.

Perfect location! Loved relaxing and fishing off the deck! We visited several beautiful local vineyards and enjoyed fires every night under the stars! Cabin was very clean and cozy inside.

Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. Spent our evenings sitting on the deck listening to music and the river. Inside cabin was extremely nice and clean.

The cabin was tidy and well appointed. I enjoyed this day. I do have a suggestion regarding the bed. I understand why there is a plastic covering on the mattress to protect it but every time I moved in the bed, it crinkled and was bothersome. Suggest the owner to get a pillow top mattress pad.

Wonderful Cabin

My wife and I spent 2 wonderful nights at the cabin. It is in a great location near Dahlonega. It's close enough to have fun in the town, but far enough away to enjoy peace and relaxation by the river. We highly recommend!

Cabin is so relaxing and just peaceful. Even my 15 year old maltese was extremely relaxed

Roaches and bed and lock.

Property needs to have exterminators kill the bugs. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. Had to have a neighbor call the owner to unlock the door. It would not open using the last 4 digits of my phone number. The owner was able to unlock the door and it worked ok after that was done.

Weekend getaway

First of all, I have to say that Tina was the most amazing host! We had originally planned this weekend and booked the cabin for the middle of January. The day before we left, my elderly father became ill, so I had to message Tina to let her know we would not be making the trip and I was prepared to forfeit the rental expense. She completely understood our situation and offered to let us pick another weekend, something she absolutely did not have to do. It was a wonderful weekend and I am forever grateful for her kindness.The cabin was perfect! Clean, comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated! The deck overlooking the river was our favorite spot. My husband caught a fish and we watched a couple BIG trout the rest of the weekend that just didn't like what we had to offer! Dahlonega had good food, lots of shopping, and some interesting history.Check this place out! You'll love it!

Mountain cabin by the River in the winter

River is beautiful. Deck goes right out to it. GPS takes you right there. Close to dahlonega and cleveland.

After a particularly tumultuous time, I booked the cabin for a month in 2015 and instantly fell in love with the soothing sound of the river. My goal is for guests to feel completely at home here, embracing the peacefulness, serenity, and natural beauty of this place—a haven to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with themselves and nature. I hope you find this beautiful retreat with its rustic charm to be a source of serenity and relaxation.
