気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
When we arrived at the condo, it was dirty. The carpets had cut toenails on it. The bathrooms had sand in it. The showers had mold the air conditioning vents had mold. It was old and outdated. The microwave was filthy. Both toilet seats in the two bathrooms were cracked and had to be replaced. We had to clean the refrigerator and stove before using it. In one of the bedrooms, there was outlet that had no cover on it. We've rented through Verbo for many years and have never come across a property in such disarray. I would not recommend this property. It would never stay there again. This condo was located in the carousel building. The whole building is in need of work and updates ,the elevators malfunctioned several days when we were there one day my adult daughter was stuck in there for several minutes with six other guests and from what we've heard it happens often. I would not recommend this property to anybody.
