The home is very cosy and understated, with a wood-burning fireplace, luxurious sun loungers and spectacular views; you can"t help but be drawn into a state of complete relaxation.



The Pandanus covered deck is the best spot to relax with cup of coffee as you watch the resident pod of Dolphins parade by every morning between 9 and 10 am. Equally, you can to enjoy a late afternoon sundowner after a fabulous day on the beach. If you"re fortunate enough to book during the whale migration season, you won"t be disappointed with your front-row seat!



*Please Note* Due to recent beach erosion you can no longer access the beach from the property. Please use council access two doors down.



Hampton on the Beach is located in a tiny seaside enclave a few minutes north of Coffs Harbour in Sapphire Beach, tucked well away from the tourist throng. There are just a handful of homes that call the ocean their backyard, which is one of them.



PET-FRIENDLY BY CONSIDERATION:

Total relaxation by the ocean surrounded by nature

Beautiful property in a beautiful location, we had a lovely week with our family and fur-babies. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins and whales everyday. Sunrise and coffee on the deck to start the day was wonderful.

New Years Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Hamptons with our three young children. Excellent, absolute beach front accommodation just out of Coffs Harbour. The front deck overlooking the ocean is amazing and we enjoyed watching the dolphins.The only downside was the beach is quite challenging to swim in. We will definitely come back

Amazing stay and location!

Super clean home with amazing management who are always available to help. Home is located on the beachfront, which is amazing for beach fishing and just chilling. Location is close to plenty of beaches and all amenities. Will definitely stay again!

Winter break

This was our second stay at Hampton and once again , such a relaxing location. The view is breathtaking ,a very spacious house , yet still cosy. We lit the open fire this time and watching the dolphins playing in the surf from our couch was so amazing. Highly recommend it even for a winter stay

Return to Hampton on the Beach

One of our favourite family holiday locations on the NSW north coast. And amazing property to relax and take in the morning sunrise and spend the day just watching the waves and the Dolphin's cruise past or get amoung the surf, fishing or beach cricket. Truely beautiful location and property.

Stunning property, great location

Stunning dog friendly property perfect for relaxation and day trips around the Coffs Harbour area. Also within Uber distance to try out the local restaurants. The sunrises were spectacular as was the pod of dolphins one morning. The dogs loved sniffing around the garden on long leads as it’s not fenced off so come prepared so your dogs can also enjoy the garden and beach views!

Incredible Family Holiday

Our stay at Hampton on The Beach was one we’ll never forget! The property is incredible; absolute beachfront, kitchen (plus butlers pantry!) has everything you could need, bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Lots of lovely little details from owners and property managers, recommendations etc. And all communication with agents was easy and streamline. Will return!

Location.. 10 out of 10, house was well equipped with everything we needed, amazing kitchen. Spacious house, but at the same time had a cosy feel. Felt like we had our own private beach. If i had to give it a negative i would say the house is getting close to needing a little freshen up on the inside ... Would definitely stay again🙏

Anzac weekend

Great location and amenities. Listing didnt explain that it is not actually located on Sapphire beach. The beach is not great for swimming unless small swell and little wind. Also were not advised that beach access is now not allowed. But great views and an memorable and enjoyable stay regardless.

Sapphire beach relaxation

The house had everything we needed for our entire stay and had a relaxing feel. Overlooking the beach was perfect even saw dolphins 10 meters from shore three mornings. Being pet friendly our dogs really enjoyed being here. The location was quiet with having the beach to only few people . The house was not to far away from town and handy to the shops. I would warn others during rough seas there is a very strong current along the beach to be aware specially with dogs or children.

When you enter the front door you climb a few stairs and the home opens up and your eyes are drawn to the amazing view as good as any tropical Island the house is very large with 3 levels and plenty of spots to sit and just relax it would be great for large family or 2 familys with many bedrooms and bathrooms for all the beach is right at the edge of the property and rarely did we see anybody else while we were there Amazing and so peacefull very quite spot will deffinitly be back

An isolated location

The house was located in a small hamlet with no shops or restaurants, making it necessary to travel by car to obtain provisions. On arrival, very few basic provisions could be found in the house. The house was on a beach which was difficult for walking because of soft sand and not safe for swimming. We enjoyed sitting out and watching the waves. The house was well appointed and clean.

Hampton on the beach

We all enjoyed our holiday very much. I can't speak more highly about Monique and her husband. They looked after us very well and were very kind to us. The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location right on the beach. The only disappointing aspect was that for four people aged 80 (although fairly fit, still playing golf) there were too many stairs and only one bathroom on the ground floor for the three bedrooms. Otherwise full marks. .

Absolute bliss

This property was the perfect blend of private residence mixed with 5 star hotel services. Immaculately clean and everything you could possibly need. The beach is not a swimming beach but still perfect particularly in the cooler months with the indoor wood fire place as you watch the waves roll in on the super comfortable lounge. The fact this property is also dog friendly makes it the ultimate escape, you’re not going to want to leave. The only thing I would add to this property is a wood fired pizza oven. If only there was room for a pool & sauna!

its a very nice property.

it was a lovely house and we where very happy to spend a few days there with family, the house and grounds where very clean, the only 3 items that could possibly improve. The kitchen needs a plastic egg flip as I didn't want to scratch the frying pan. the entry steps need some no slip tape or sand and clear lacquer to prevent slipping in wet weather as my brother ended up on his back and the last one would be a better stick vacuum to aid in cleaning before check out. Otherwise we will return for sure.
