Emerald Escape is the ultimate getaway destination, nestled in the heart of the highly sought-after Emerald Beach. Just a short 200-meter stroll from the sand and surf, this luxurious modern home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. With breathtaking views of the beach, ocean, headland, and even seasonal whale watching, this retreat provides a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.

•Prime Location: Only 200 meters from the beach, headland walks, and local wildlife like kangaroos. Close to village cafes, restaurants, and shops.

•Indoor-Outdoor Living: Expansive lounge and dining space with a stunning floor-to-ceiling sandstone fireplace. Cavity sliding doors open seamlessly onto a north-facing entertainer's deck, perfect for enjoying the outdoors all year round

•Spacious Accommodation: 5 luxurious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and ample room for up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large groups or multi-family stays.

•Modern Layout: Spread over 3 floors, with 3 separate living spaces. All rooms feature French doors or cavity sliders opening onto 3 north-facing outdoor decks. There are also two additional private garden spaces to enjoy.

•Fully Equipped Kitchen: A luxury kitchen with a walk-in butler’s pantry, complete with chef’s tools and stocked with basic essentials. A second fridge is located in the downstairs laundry for added convenience.

•Entertainment & Activities: Enjoy surfboards, bikes, skateboards, eskies, and beach umbrellas for outdoor fun. For downtime, there's a pool table, darts board, PlayStation, Netflix, Kayo, Disney Plus, and a fully stocked library with books and games.

Wonderful family holiday

Fabulous house with gorgeous views and lovely gardens. Amazing kitchen perfect for entertaining and cooking up a storm. Plenty of room for 3 families and walking distance to the beach and cafe. Would definitely stay again.

Family nirvana by the beach

Emerald Beach is a superb holiday spot approximately half way between Sydney and Brisbane. Our extended family of 11 loved the spaciousness and beach proximity of this modern, extremely well appointed home. Nearby coffee shop and stores and short drive to Coffs all contributed to a great extended weekend. Fabulous beach, great walks and heaps of wildlife.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. Plenty room, magnificent balcony and family room/kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Walking distance to general store and eateries. Larger supermarkets 5 mins away by car. The hosts were terrific with their instructions. Easy check in/out. Thank you very much.

Amazing stay! You don't even need to leave the house.

We stayed in winter when it was raining so we spent most of the time in the house. We had 4 families of our extended family of all ages and there was lots of space and things to keep us entertained. The kitchen had everything and it was just wonderful.

Amazing!

We had such a great week celebrating my husbands 50th bday with friends. The house was amazing - full amenities, clean, spacious, comfortable and with great views to the ocean and headland. Sunrises were unbeatable. Jen and Andrew were great hosts. Would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous property, fully stocked kitchen to cook meals and plenty of room for everyone to get together, on the top level. Also room for people to find a quiet space, on the lower level. Unusual for a 5 bedroom luxury home to only have 1 king sized bed, all the others biwerwere double beds

Amazing house and perfect location for a wonderful stay

The photos really don't do justice to just how beautiful and how spacious this house is. We were 2 families of 4 plus 2 grandparents and we never felt on top of each other. Plenty of bathrooms and a fabulous space downstairs to keep the kids amused. The views of the beach were spectacular and we spent a wonderful week watching the whales pass by (BYO binoculars). The beach itself, a short walk away was a very popular surfing spot for the kids on the surf boards provided. The fire of a night was another highlight we all enjoyed. Overall we had a wonderful family holiday in a great location.
