This unit is located at Watercrest on the 8th in master, 2 queens in 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living room. This floor plan has the master bedroom with a view of the water as well as the living room/dining room. Private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom has the same square feet as most 3 bedrooms so you have plenty of floor space.
Not only is the unit equipped with a washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen for all you cooking needs and many more extras, but the resort also has much to offer. Lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, expansive sun decks with heated pool (seasonally)

Best stay at PCB in past 15 years!

Excellent. 10/10 recommend this condo. Owner is awesome and so easy to communicate with, I was able to check in earlier than expected and the condo was clean spacious and perfect for me and my kids. Access to beach and pool so simple and the location is perfect. Best stay in PCB as an adult with children.

Spring break 2024

Condo is spacy. We hosted Easter dinner with friends (2 other families) who stayed in the same resort and had plenty of room. Paula was great to work with. We will be staying there again.

Watercrest Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would rent from this company again, but we did have some issues. We had originally rented another condo but due to the painting of the balcony during our stay we were given the option to move to another condo by the rental company, which we did. When we arrived at the second condo, pressure washing was occurring around us and very loud. The next morning the building crew were on our balcony hammering and cleaning and again very loud; not what we agreed to with our rental. Upon notification to the rental company, Paula from the rental company was able to locate the Watercrest condo for us. We loved the view and location. We were disappointed that we had this kind of issue in our rental initially, but in the end, we were happy with our stay. There were minor issues with the unit, but this is an older building and attempts to keep it updated were made. I would recommend the rental company having better communication with the building maintenance to avoid a similar situation to occur again or notification to us that this was happening, and we would be given the option to cancel on our end if we choose too instead of losing a day of our stay with moving around to different locations.

My stay at Watercrest 808

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I truly enjoyed all the space available. The view was the best one I have had on the beach.
