It has a spectacular view of the ocean, but I do not like the rest, the Parquin bother a lot, leaving papers saying that they do not have a pass, they do not have good cooking supplements, they are very good, they need new cleaning, orrible, it is very spacious, the condo, but they need to renew everything, it is dirty and old.

Panama City Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was great. It was just steps to the soft, white sandy beach. Chairs and umbrellas were available to rent either daily or weekly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to reach Paula with any questions. Just letting you know though that if you have children, there are no beach toys. Also, no cooler for the beach. I like complete darkness to sleep and there are only room darkening curtains on one of the windows in the master, however, waking up early and walking the beach became a favorite!

Absolutely wonderful

Everything was exactly as described. We couldn’t have stayed at a more accommodating and Comfortable place! The condo was spacious and exceptionally clean and fresh. This was our first time staying at PCB, spent two weeks and the area had so much to do. We enjoyed our time and Paula was the best! We will be back! 😀❤️ Thank you Paula

Best stay at PCB in past 15 years!

Excellent. 10/10 recommend this condo. Owner is awesome and so easy to communicate with, I was able to check in earlier than expected and the condo was clean spacious and perfect for me and my kids. Access to beach and pool so simple and the location is perfect. Best stay in PCB as an adult with children.

Spring break 2024

Condo is spacy. We hosted Easter dinner with friends (2 other families) who stayed in the same resort and had plenty of room. Paula was great to work with. We will be staying there again.

Watercrest Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would rent from this company again, but we did have some issues. We had originally rented another condo but due to the painting of the balcony during our stay we were given the option to move to another condo by the rental company, which we did. When we arrived at the second condo, pressure washing was occurring around us and very loud. The next morning the building crew were on our balcony hammering and cleaning and again very loud; not what we agreed to with our rental. Upon notification to the rental company, Paula from the rental company was able to locate the Watercrest condo for us. We loved the view and location. We were disappointed that we had this kind of issue in our rental initially, but in the end, we were happy with our stay. There were minor issues with the unit, but this is an older building and attempts to keep it updated were made. I would recommend the rental company having better communication with the building maintenance to avoid a similar situation to occur again or notification to us that this was happening, and we would be given the option to cancel on our end if we choose too instead of losing a day of our stay with moving around to different locations.

The view alone is worth booking!

Paula was great to work with, and got me into the unit a few hours before the stated check in time. The unit features floor to ceiling windows as soon as you walk in to the breathtaking view. Will definitely rent this unit again.

My husband, myself and our oldest daughter felt so relaxed everyday. The unit had a dining table large enough to work on a 1,000 pc puzzle and still have room for dining. We enjoyed watching the sun go down in the evenings on the balcony and a little rain one evening. The beds were very comfy as well. Felt very secure with the onsite security. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend staying here to our friends and family. Only bad thing about it was we had to leave!!

Manager was great, very responsive!Floors were Very dirty, unfortunately not an uncommon problem for condo rentals. Charging $195 for cleaning that clearly wasn’t done well is nothing short of a rip off.

Great location

Really enjoyed this property, location is wonderful, right on the beach. The decor is a little outdated but the unit was very bright and spacious.
