Second to none in location, this 1-bedroom Guest Suite is the ultimate for the small family or couple. Presenting as spacious and cosy, this studio is perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway, styled with top quality furnishings. Renowned by all for its spotless presentation, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests & offers relaxed living in a cosy setting.

The bungalow holds the following:

• Master bedroom – Located on 1st floor Queen Bed, Ceiling Fans, Split System Air Conditioning, TV and En-suite (toilet only)
• Main Bathroom – Shower and toilet.
• European Style Laundry – Washing Machine
• Kitchen – Electric Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and all the essentials for cooking
• Living and Dining Room – Smart TV with Apple TV, Double Fold Out Couch and Dining Setting for up to 4 Guests
• Outdoor Courtyard Area – Gas BBQ, Clothesline and Dining Setting, seating up to 2 Guests as well as Outdoor Shower
• Driveway and Street Parking only

This property also comes with split system air conditioning (both upstairs and down) as well as Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy during their stay.
Set in one of Torquay's most quiet addresses, 350 metres from The Esplanade and Whites Beach and a short distance to the Sands Golf Course making this bungalow a fantastic holiday choice for the weekend getaway or extended stay.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS WITH THIS PROPERTY ARE REQUEST BASIS. ONCE YOU HAVE PUT A BOOKING REQUEST THROUGH, OUR FRIENDLY STAFF WILL BE IN TOUCH REQUESTING FURTHER INFORMATION.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 1 – Friday 19th December to Friday 26th January
o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January

Good kitchen appliances (induction cooking), well furnished indoor and outside. Handy to have a partial ensuite upstairs adjoining the bedroom.However we were surprised that the owners didn’t make an effort to say ‘hi’ when we happened to see them (which wasn’t very often).The property manager was great when we had a minor issue occur.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our four day stay at Hallis Hideout was top-notch: the accommodation itself was lovely - with exactly what we needed by way of comfortable furnishings, dishes etc; and is was exceptionally clean. In terms of location, it was prefect - a very quiet neighbourhood day and night; and only a 5 minute drive to the off-lead dog beach, and town centre, which we visited often. It also was prefect for our 8 year old Pugalier, with its secure, fenced in backyard. Finally, the agent was fantastic- attentive and very responsive to our queries.
