About this space
Bring the family or friends to stay at ‘Seabreeze on James’ in beautiful Forster-Tuncurry. 'Seabreeze on James' is a spacious, family and pet friendly home suitable for a 3 night stay or long stay with contactless self check in. The perfect place to spread out and relax. Watch TV in the front loungeroom, main bedroom or back lounge area or read a book on the back patio.
Please note that the accommodation is for a maximum of 7 adults and 1 infant only. The house is carpet free for added hygiene.
There are 3 bedrooms and a large backyard perfect for the kids to play, or for your little fur babies to run around.
Whether it’s fishing, surfing, golf, bushwalking or just relaxing ‘Seabreeze on James’ is close to it all.
Located a short drive to Forster Main Beach, Wallis Lake and 1km from One Mile Beach for swimming and The Tanks.
Forster's 3 main clubs-Club Forster, Forster Golf Club and Forster Bowling Club are a 2 minute drive away. Breakfast at Plunge Cafe (great cofee and meals) and have a sweet treat at Let's Get Baked Forster (cake shop), in walking distance at the Fairways shops.
Stockland Mall Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute drive for all the essentials.

The space

LINEN
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
Please note that you will need to bring beach towels as these are not included.

Bedroom 1
A spacious master bedroom with king size bed, linen and 43 inch TV. There is a children's fold out single bed, suitable for a child up to 25kgs, which is stored in the wardrobe. The room has a ceiling fan and wardrobe. (Includes heater and blankets for winter)

Bedroom 2
Furnished with a single bed and double bed, linen, wardrobe and ceiling fan. (Includes heater and blankets for winter)

Bedroom 3
Furnished with queen size bed, linen, wardrobe and ceiling fan. (Includes heater and blankets for winter)

BATHROOM
The bathroom style is for those who don't mind the original 1980's style. The bathroom contains both a bath tub and shower and separate toilet.

There is a 2nd toilet next to the laundry at the rear of the house.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a few extras-air fryer, rice cooker and espresso machine.

BACK LOUNGE AREA
Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a dining area with a sofa and an additional 43 inch TV. The sofa folds out to a bed and is suitable for a child up to 30kgs and has a thin foam mattress.

LOUNGE ROOM
‘Seabreeze on James’, offers a large living area with a 65 inch TV, air con, books, games and children's toys.

LAUNDRY
Laundry includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying racks.

PATIO
A patio out the back is perfect for alfresco dining and is equipped with a gas hooded barbecue and 6 seater dining table.

GARAGE
The clothes dryer is located in the garage along with an additional fridge for bait storage. The garage is a single car garage with manual roller door.

GUEST ACCESS
Single lock up garage plus driveway parking. There is also adequate street parking as the home is located in a quiet residential area.fishing

A great spot for exploring Forster and surrounds, close enough to the beach for your puppy and you. Rachel was a great host. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Must stay

We stayed in this property for a week. It is very spacious and clean. The location is super. Only 5 mins away from a golf course and 10 min walk to the beach. The house had everything a family would need for a great holiday.Rachel was very accommodating and very prompt in answering any question we had.We would stay there again.

Wonderful holiday

Very happy with house everythingyou need and more had 4 adults and a 6 month old air con and fans very helpful to keep him cool good beds and 2 toilets had Disney for kids and netflix for adults 3 TV's and lovely lounges close to beach and a surprise from the owner for us thank you very much

A tranquil comfortable stay

Rachel is a fantastic host, so welcoming and extremely helpful. The space is well appointed with all the creature comforts of home and beautifully presented. Access to everything you need and to experience within minutes, plus you can have your furry friend as well. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation .

Perfect getaway

Great Holiday

From the moment we booked Rachel communicated with us and let us know she would be available for any enquiries or problems. The house was spacious, full of light, spotless and everything was catered for including ample linen, basic pantry staples, mattresses and bowls for our dog and complimentary chocolates and biscuits. The location was excellent. We will be very happy to return here in the future.

Fantastic House to Stay in

This was a perfect place to stay for our family. It was very well equipped and extremely clean. The house is located in a quiet street, but is very close to town, beaches, clubs etc. The beds were very comfortable and the home had so many nice touches to make you feel at home. It’s an excellent house if you like to bring your pet with you. Rachel was very helpful and communicative; an excellent host!

You don’t need bring anything!

This house has everything you need for the holiday. The house is clean and well functioning! One mile beach is within walking distance. Plunge cafe and cakes by Candi is 5 min walk. The owner Rachel is very helpful and her communication is great. Surprise vouchers are very sweet welcome. Our dog also enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended place!

Awesome visit at Seabreeze on James

Couldn’t have planned a better stayz if we tried. Rachel was amazing as was the house. Fully kitted out with everything your tweens/teenagers need. We also took our two Groodles who loved the back yard. There was also an enclosed patio outside of you wanted to gate them in for the evening. Amazing access to dog beach at One Mile and walking distance (15mins) to Pebbly Beach or Main beach. Love our Forster stays every year but so so wonderful staying here and Rachel was amazing with local referrals and check-ins. We will be back

Exceeded expectations!

The accommodation was filled with lovely touches. The presentation of the bedrooms, the quality of the linen and kitchenware was most appreciated and even the hand wash was delightful. It made you feel like special guests. We had fun teaching the dogs to use the “doggy door”! We brought and used own own dog beds and bowls but it was an “aw cute” moment when we saw the three sizes of beds that you provided. We thoroughly enjoyed your accommodation. Thank you! 🙋‍♀️💕

AMAZING!

Initial contact prior to booking was fantastic, all of our questions were answered very quickly. Contact remained open as required during our stay. We arrived at the property in the early evening, the property was very well presented and access was very easy. An access code was used to enter the property which eliminated the need and risk of keys. The property was exceptionally well set out and allowed for easy access for all of our family. Close to amenities, beaches, restaurants and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The property owner had left a thoughtful gift for us which was such a lovely and unexpected touch to really make us feel welcome. We would most definitely stay again!

The fresh air, lakes and beaches of Forster and surrounds, have provided the perfect holiday setting, and many beautiful and fun memories have been made here with our friends and family.

Located 1km from One Mile Beach & a 2 minute drive to Forster's 3 main clubs-Club Forster, Forster Golf Club and Forster Bowling Club.
